First Tech - Kirkland Urban Reviews 

I learned about a new cash option (ATM limit increases) and my savings account APR was upgraded. Purvi Sharma helped me out and did an excellent job of making me feel welcomed and knowledgeable about the changes happening to my accounts.

I called First tech when an automated mortgage payment didn’t transact. Purvi Sharma provided exceptional service, not only did she help troubleshoot the problem and offered possible solution, she also went the extra mile to recommend ways to save with the rewards savings account. My only suggestion is that First tech offer automated mortgage payments using the Bilt Card, BofA has this capability but First Tech doesn’t seem to have that option. It would be great if you had comparable solutions.

The Kirkland branch is awesome

I recently met with Samuel to open a Premier account. He was patient, helpful, and informative when answering my questions. He took swift action to open the account and also brought up important points I hadn’t considered, which I really appreciated.

I came to have a debit card printed out since I didn’t receive mine in the mail. I was able to speak with Mona right away and she was able to help me out to get everything I needed! It took about 30 minutes overall from the time I walked in, super easy
