I’ve worked with Fatima Del Rosario for many years, and I want to share a moment that truly captures why she has become my go‑to person at First Tech.

Over time, Fatima became the one person I could always rely on. Whenever I had a question — big or small — I knew I didn’t need to call the branch, wait on hold, or make an appointment. I could simply send her an email, and she would respond with clarity, patience, and the exact information I needed. That alone has saved me countless hours and so much stress.

But the moment that really stayed with me happened when my husband’s credit card suddenly showed a large charge we didn’t recognize. It was the kind of situation that normally turns into a long, frustrating process with multiple departments involved.

Instead, Fatima took ownership immediately.

She didn’t just give us a standard answer or redirect us somewhere else. She dug into the details, traced the transaction, and kept us updated as she investigated. Eventually, she discovered something we never would have figured out on our own: a misconfigured setting that caused overdraft protection to pull funds from our First Tech credit card instead of the correct account.

She explained everything clearly, fixed the issue, and made sure it wouldn’t happen again.

That experience showed me exactly who Fatima is — someone who goes above and beyond, someone who treats members like real people, and someone who takes the time to solve the actual problem, not just the surface question.

After all these years, I still feel grateful every time I email her. She makes banking easier, safer, and more human.

What a pleasure dealing with easy down to earth person that goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable sharing my questions and concerns with. Gets things down as a point man for my inquiries. She is super quick to respond to any questions I have and has helped me with a lot of different things over the years: wiring funds, setting up a new 1st Tech credit card and getting the right limit put in place, dealing with a fraud issue on the card, setting up a high interest savings account and so much more.
