Sunil has been truly customer obsessed, he first tried to understand not only our initial inquiry but to understand what was the best outcome, he did that without being intrusive and explaining and educating us on all the best options and products. After we left, in less than 30 mins all our requests and actions were solved. Great experience. This is the way banking should be !

Awesome onboarding experience
We were referred by an existing customer. The entire onboarding experience was a smooth and helpful one. Rathish helped us settle in Seattle with so much of ease by providing us a detailed explanation of the different products (Bank, Auto loan, Renters insurance and overdraft) that we went for. He also advised how to build credit history and the typical pitfalls. I don't think bigger banks provide such a service especially when you relocate into US.
