Ordered at start of August. Product still hasn't turned up.... I've contacted the company multiple times and no-one ever responds. At this point I just want my money back.

Positive first experience for puppy treats plus was surprised by the very generous 'puppy pack' which was a foc bonus so will definitely be ordering again.

I buy kibble, wet food and treats froj Fish4Dogs, my dog is allergic to chicken and other proteins can cause tear staining. He has no issues with Fish4Dogs and really enjoys the food and treats. I have always fo0udn dleivery prompt.

I am so disappointed with this brand being unable to keep customer details safe from Cyber Criminals. Fish4dogs has emailed me today to confirm that my email, name and my encrypted password has been compromised.

Not good enough for the brand of this size, it is their outmost responsibility to keep my data safe, but they have failed to do so.

I can’t actually explain how good the customer service is here. I spoke to Lucy and she was SO lovely. She was so incredibly friendly and kept referring to my ‘lovely boy’ dog, honestly so cute. 10/10 recommend and give Lucy a raise!!

I have been a customer for several years. My dogs love their products, yes it probably costs a little more, but my dogs are worth it. Their customer service is excellent - had a recent issue with DPD, who deliver for them. Fish 4 Dogs customer service kept me informed all the way, provided various options to help me. I will continue to buy from them and can highly recommend them and their products.

I really love their food and have used it for approximately 8+ years. Am also part of their breeders club. However I can no longer justify the price, my dogs have really gone off the taste and only like one of the flavours (of course the most expensive). I recommend them to everyone. I do a mix of fish for dogs and raw/home cooked veg etc. And my girls have always been very healthy. I have 2 English bulldogs who are 11 which is considerably old for bulldogs and I thank fish for dogs for that.

I'm sad to be leaving but I wanted to leave a review I am so happy with you and the service over the years. Thanks so much.

My 4 month French bulldog loved it!!!

French bulldog are quite popular about how bad they when we talk about food for them, but after try a few brands Fish4dogs is the one la my frenchie loves, they also do Mousse, these are marvellous, every time when I open a new bag my puppy goes crazy about the smell!! She definitely loved everything.

Not the first time I have used and wont be the last!
The last order had a minor problem so called up to report. Kirsty answered the call, listened and dealt with the problem straight away, no running off to check it by a manager just dealt with it! Fantastic service, nothing is a problem and even had a little gift with the replacement. Well done all of you for supplying a fabulous service, fast too!

After 12 loyal years my 12 year old very active and healthy Vizsla, who has been fed exclusively on Fish4Dogs his entire life (all 3 flavours) started refusing his food. Mixing it with flavour enhancers didn’t help - he just wouldn’t touch it - and he was losing weight fast. We assumed that perhaps he was ill as despite being a very fit and active dog, he is 12 now. He is however very fit and healthy (and hungry). I looked at the recipe and the fish content is nothing like what it was when we first started buying this food all those years ago. Plus the texture and smell is different too. I don’t know if we’ve been sent out of date food / a bad batch or the recipe has changed again but we needed to act fast and find a food my dog would eat. A sample from a competitor was wolfed down with no hesitation and as we didn’t have the luxury of a slow introduction to a new food over a couple of weeks (he refused to eat the Fish4Dogs food if it was mixed with anything at all), we had to make an immediate switch to a competitor brand as he was losing weight fast. We nervously watched for his reaction but stomach (and poos) are 100% fine and he is a happy dog again. He is back on a food that contains over 50% fish (like Fish4Dogs used to years ago). I am very disappointed that after 12 loyal years, Fish4Dogs suggested it was just the one flavour my dog had gone off when, if they looked at our order history, they would see that we have used all the flavours. They did not seem interested in considering whether it was a bad batch we had been sent last, or that there might be a quality control issue. We would never normally consider switching a 12 year old dog’s food so suddenly, after being fed on the same food his entire life. He is wolfing down the competitor brand with nothing added to it. Fish4Dogs please consider that you might have a quality control / recipe issue as a hungry dog doesn’t just suddenly refuse to eat the food he has eaten his entire life.

Our dog has digestive problems and we’ve tried various low fat diets with varying success but the fish4dogs kibble and treats have been perfect for her.

Fabulous customer service....Great product

We have used Fish4Dogs for a number of months now for our two dogs and we have had nothing but good experiences.

It has better quality ingredients than most high street brands and it has had a positive impact on both our dogs behaviour.

Our spaniel can be funny with his meals - with previous brands he has always picked at his food over the day but with Fish4Dogs he eats it all straight away, and this is the only food he’s ever done that with.

We feed ours the Finest range (we did initially start with Superior but accidentally ordered the Finest when reordering - they love both so stuck with the latter). We also buy the salmon mousse to add to their meals every now and then as a treat - they go crazy for that.

Their coats are more glossy and their eyes more shiny after feeding them this food for several months and as mentioned above, their behaviour has improved. They just seem calmer on this food than what they have been previously.

We also buy the treats. I think we’ve actually tried all of them now and there hasn’t been a single type which the dogs won’t eat. Their favourite are the salmon cookies.

We’ve recently started tried some of the mousse for our cat from the cat food range, and again it goes down a treat. He tries to raid the bin for the pouch after he’s finished!

All in all, I’d highly recommend this food. It’s good quality ingredients at an affordable price and all of our pets love it.

I got in touch with fish4dogs as my boy has IBD and we need him on the working foods, but they didn't offer a sample for this. I didn't want to buy a large bag if he wasn't going to eat it! I spoke to a lovely advisor (I want to say Harriet?) and she recommended the best flavour for him and sorted out a load of free samples of the working dog white fish for us! Very excited to try it, hopefully my boy will thrive on it!

A friend who has no access to the internet asked me to order some Fish Jerky treats for her dog.
This has been a great experience from opening their website to the items being delivered very quickly.
I have no comment on the content of their products but my friends' dog loves the jerky treats!
I highly recommend this company.

My normally unfussy border terrier won’t touch the stuff

Fabulous treats both my dogs have had them for years, ordered on a monday early. Waited 5 days nothing arrived I rang on the 7th day to be told it was picked Friday so would be with me this week, as I said to the lady I don't know why it's taken 5 days to pick an order to be told it can take up to 10 days for delivery and it states this on the website. I went onto the website and it does not I even took a screenshot. I haven't had an issue in all the years using this company but picking and delivery was slow.

After purchasing working dog fish4dogs
was unable to find ingredients until purchased almost 50% carbohydrates!!!
and cheap carbohydrates at that.

Fantastic customer service from Fish4Dogs. Ordered one of their very handy sample packs to see if my dog would like it. The order arrived with the envelope open and the sample missing. I emailed asking for a replacement and they sent out a lovely sample box worth £16. When I emailed to thank them I said that my wee pup was off his food, but I thought it was because he’s missing his friend, who recently died. I got a lovely email back from Kirsty sending her condolences. How lovely to have such a personal service. Also my pup is in their puppy club via his training class and he’s just turned one so is transferring to adult food. They sent me a fantastic box of samples and a 1.5 kg bag of adult food for him to try. What amazing customer service and my dog loves their food.

Brilliant seller. Have bought from them before and never been disappointed. Items are a good price, arrive very quickly even though it's free delivery, and my dog loves everything she's tried. Will definitely recommend.
