Tuve un problema con el pedido porque no salió el día siguiente al pedido y pensaba que no llegaría. Hablé con ellos y enseguida pude contactar con ellos y me solucionaron el problema al momento (confirmo que me llegó el regalo a tiempo). Muy agradecida por el servicio de atención al cliente y los productos que tienen son top para regalar.
Compré tres mascarillas el día 7/11 y 10 días después aún no las he recibido. En la web especifican entrega en 2 días hábiles. El mail no lo contestan y por teléfono no me dan una solución. Lo que está claro es que han cobrado los 32’80€ del producto y yo no he recibido nada. Espero recibirlo, pero evidentemente ya llegan tarde. Si compras por la rapidez de envío, no lo hagas en esta web.
