We use this app on our volleyball-team and it is a great help. I hate lifting for the sole purpose of having to put together a program and sticking to it. With this it is done for me, and i can keep track of my development!
This was easy. I'd never even set foot in a gym before, and definitely needed a bit of a nudge and motivation, so I wanted to try a personal trainer. Without any gym friends, I didn't know where to start, but I found Thor through FitBird and he has me working out 3x a week.
