Our onboarding experience was great and the support team exceptional. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was our interactions with the payment processing team…Payabli. There just needed to be more communication on this process and it’s timeframe. iIt is definitely much better now as we have communicated our concerns and asked for more support.

The FitDegree support team is top notch! As a new business owner, I have a lot of questions and need to learn quickly. The support team is quick to reply, I always get replies within a day and typically within hours. And even better, the answers to my questions (whether it's a major question or something small) are thorough and solution oriented to meet my studio's needs.

I started my business during the Pandemic...and I was terrified of going online, etc. FitDegree held my hand, helped me bring my students on board (I have a large percentage of older adults who are not comfortable with technology) and they were GREAT. Like the software
Like the software. Things are answered in a timely manner but I would like to see more heads up on bugs. I’d rather know what happening than my clients come in and tell me. If I have missed those correspondence, then I would like to know where I can get those messages more promptly. I also had a question that I post on the Facebook group, and it was not published by the admin for some reason so no one saw it..

The right choice for a small business
The crew at FitDegree is always helpful and responsive. Occasionally there are issues with the software (as with any software- I've been with another) but I can always count on getting support in a timely fashion. As a small business owner, it's important to me that I know I can get help when I need it. I used another company for several years and it was more expensive, more cumbersome, and the team was not at all supportive. We've used FitDegree since we reopened during the pandemic and have been very pleased.
