Really great service

Good price and great speedy service service and delivery

So glad we went to the Frimley store rather than just order on line. Cameron was so helpful and I really trusted his advise. There was a good selection of treadmills to try out and I came away very happy with my purchase. Previous phone calls to the store everyone had been very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Generally, a very good experience, from the in-store advice and guidance through to customising my order to suit my needs.
The installation team were professional, arrived on time, and completed the work very quickly. My only slight negative was that they didn’t assemble my adjustable dumbbell stand. Although this wasn’t included in the installation package, it would have been a nice touch, particularly given the overall cost of the installation. The stand would probably only have taken a few extra minutes to assemble.

It’s a small point, and perhaps I’m being picky, but doing this would have taken the service that extra mile and made the overall experience even better.

We have visited the Camberley store many times over the years purchased exercise bikes, treadmills, etc. Our recent visit was to purchase a rowing machine which is a new piece of kit to me! I spoke to Cameron who was extremely helpful and guided me on the use of the rower and the various rower options.... plus how to store the thing as its quite large. This was followed up with assisting us with the ordering process.

Cameron provided a relaxed, non pressured and professional sales engagement which was much appreciated!

We visited the store wanting to buy a treadmill. Cameron went through all the different options within our budget encouraging us to try them. We did not feel pressurised and Cameron was very patient answering all our questions. Such a great guy to deal with. We left the store feeling happy with our purchase. Wish more retail outlets offered this type of customer service

Good quality. Came on time. Guy I spoke to in the phone was helpful enough. Dropped a star as a bit more expensive than other places.

Today we visited Fitness Superstore in Camberley Surrey. We we approached within a minute or two, and asked if we needed any help. We were with our son who’s a full time wheelchair user. The first assistant help us with information about quality and longevity of the equipment. He left us to it to have a look and play with the equipment, then another assistant approach us and helped explain each function of the two machines we narrowed down too. We asked about cost and additional add ons, Matt Davis sat us down and showed the online add ons and talked about the build service that they offer. Well we spent 90 minutes on the store and brought a multi-gym with a leg press and a strike tube with the home install service. Fantastic customer experience and great product knowledge 10/10 highly recommended. Thanks Guys Richard

We didn’t know what to expect having travelled an hour to get there.
Great showroom, we were looking for an upgrade on a treadmill. We were left to our own devices which was nice after Cameron had introduced himself.
We loved Cameron’s helpful but not intrusive manner.
We were allowed to try the three machines we were interested in. Cameron was spot on with dealing with our questions and extremely helpful when helping us justify a final decision.
We’re not impulse buyers so Cameron gave us a quote which was better than the online offer. We phoned next day to place our order.
