From Germany to Italy even on the back of a donkey would have reached earlier.

I bought a BERG Trampoline back in 2012 and everything was fine. Beware if you need any kind of parts, I have been trying to get a padding since 2018 and they have a very pool response rate and a non existent approach to service. Even with the help of BERG Germany, I still have not been able to get hold of the parts I need. Don't buy from them.

Today I have received the parcel. Punctual and perfect, as promised. No trouble at all, and the parcel was simply perfect, and the piece is the original one, no imperfections at all.
I say thanks to Chiara Bedocchi who had the patience to assist me, and really worried for all this trouble; but during the lockdown period I think that the advertisment on the web page of Fitshop was not good. Anyway, I have to admit that since they took in charge sending invoice and the arrival of the parcel, those few days where excellent.
Thank you, in other times in the future, maybe I'll be back to you, even if I suppose that the German service should improve in communication and support to clients.
Thanks a lot to Chiara, the Italian assistant. I can imagine the period you have passed but the problem is maybe abroad.

Didn’t realise this was a fake shop until I tried to contact them when goods weren’t delivered! Email address is a fake!! Someone is making a lot of money from this bogus sham of a web page. Was fooled because it was in the good house keeping link - no idea how they pulled that one off! KEEP CLEAR OF THIS “SHOP”
Thanks to my daughter I asked her if this company would be real or fake goods. She advised look at reviews so I did....,luckily for me before buying!!! DONT BOTHER

I have ordered an elliptical cross trainer at Fitshop.nl and the whole processing of my order was second to none.
ORDER AND ADVICE: 5 stars: The advice by phone was competently and friendly and I have found the elliptical cross trainer which fulfils my needs optimally.
PRICE-PERFORMANCE: 5 stars: I received the elliptical cross trainer at a top price. The fitness equipment surpasses all my expectations.
DELIVERY: 5 stars: The elliptical cross trainer was dispatched the same day as promised and it was already delivered a few days later.
OVERALL: 5 stars: Certainly, I want to recommend fitshop.nl and will buy here once again for sure.
Worst customer service ever and worst company I have ever bought online. AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM FITSHOP!!!!
I order 2 products 2 months ago and I am still trying to see where my parcel is. The tracking number says is ready for pick up but no way to know form where since this is the international number and no one for their customer service can give me the national tracking number for me to call the delivery company.
I have sent more than 10 emails and I always get the same automatic answer.
This company has the worst customer service possible. Now they have my money and I can not get any response as to where my order has disappeared to. If I click on their stupid tracking link it says my item has had no update or moved in more than a week. If they see you learned of their fraud they make it so you can no longer contact a representative via facebook. Good luck getting any answers via email which is the only method of contact apparently. There is a reason that BBB doesnt recognize this company due to all of their unresolved complaints that they will not even respond to.
