Absolutely diabolical customer service…
Absolutely diabolical customer service from the
‘gentleman ‘ spoken to today. Gave me wrong information and wouldnt budge when informed he was wrong and I had already been down that route. Took 55 minutes phoning digfrrrnt practiced who eventually helped with corrrct info. Lad you need training and if , as was obvious, you don’t like your job go elsewhere eehrrr your attitude doesn’t matter.

Fittleworths are very kind and caring but I am disappointed with the delivery by DPD. I live in an apartment block. Overall average. Often send emails and get no response. When I have spoken to people it has been good service. Have had numerous issues with DPD and orders not arriving and orders arriving damaged.
