Absolutely unacceptable. The staff treat delivery drivers with clear disrespect and discrimination, as if they are inferior. The attitude is rude, dismissive, and degrading. No one deserves to be treated this way—this place seriously needs to change.

Ordered just a plain burger that's on me but the burger i got was completely tasteless. Nothing to do with staff or service just the quality of the burger. First time I've ever added salt and pepper to a burger.

Amazing burgers , on very low prices , i dont know why people are commenting bad.
It is one of my favourite burger places in Basildon.
When something is cheap you cant expect a five stars restaurant.

Five Guys Is Not Good for you it's unhealthy I'm sorry but it's got a stupid name aswell

I thought a mince meat patty was going to be overpriced and unimpressive.
I then saw an article, that explained how fresh the products were and stated “they want complaints about having too many fries”. So I decided I must try this as a birthday treat, as it’s considered expensive.
£8.95 for a hamburger, but when I chose the toppings, I knew I couldn’t make it at home cheaper.
We then had nuts on the table while we waited for our food, which arrived steaming hot! The choice of drinks, with unlimited refills, it was delicious!
Then the staff, the lady who served us to watching the staff cook the food. The multitasking, organisation, and efficiency was obvious, with the added bonus of friendly, approachable, and kind people.
I will never consider five guy’s expensive , I will happily spend £8.95 on a burger instead of the Golden Arches meals (same price).
