We waited over an hour for a delivery when had paid for premium delivery. Then the food was cold on arrival. Not delivery driver’s fault as delivery info kept saying oops new driver located.

Great experience
ust wanted to leave a quick review after popping into Five Guys today.
We were served by Brian, and he was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we walked in he was so smiley, friendly, and genuinely welcoming—it really made a difference to our visit.
What stood out the most was that he actually took the time to try and save us money by suggesting we sign up to the rewards, which you don’t always see. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also clearly cares about the customer experience.
Such a lovely young man and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Brian—you made our visit! 😊
So impressed with staff
The five stars is to thank so very much the lovely member of staff who went out of his way to help me yesterday evening even though I wasn't a customer at the time but he could see I was agitated, I am disabled and use wheelchair. He offered ways to rectify situation to help me but would have taken him a long time.
Anyway Five Guys this guy deserved the Five stars.
Your other staff seemed to be very understanding too. Well done

Really expensive
I went to visit at the store for the first time in Basingstoke I ask for help by member staff he was so unhelpful he said I need a barcode to scan. I have a free £10 voucher for my network and he said go back to him and he would not be able to help me no more further and I won’t look at the prices on the menus that is so expensive for one meal this is that why shops are not busy because the price is so high McDonald’s you can get large nuggets and chips and a drink for £6.50 cheaper you could go down to Wetherspoons get a full English breakfast with a cup of tea £8.30
Yesterday, I did not catch his name. I explained I have autism. He didn’t care. It is discrimination act I won’t be coming back at all to your store
No one has answered my questions the feedback what it took me a long time to write that long message everyone don’t eat at restaurant eat at McDonald’s or Wetherspoons are cheaper and you’ll get better service or Burger King. Don’t go at store do you wanna not get a good customer feedback? the staff is okay, but the food is so expensive. Don’t eat in that store go to McDonald’s Burger King or Wetherspoons. They’re cheaper. You’ll get more food for your money.
