Waste of £31 pound totally gutted. All food turned up stone cold! Soggy bread on the hotdog, grilled cheese cold and soggy, chips awful obviously the chips that been left over by the end of the day as wedges were also chucked in the bag to up the quantity. I'll never order from this store again and will advise others not to either, especially around closing time. Disgraceful service and I'd appreciate a refund

Terrible experience
Food was extremely overpriced for what it was spent 45 pounds for myself and a friend and was still hungry it didn’t even touch the sides, burgers are nothing a special , Reallypoor service in the Birmingham store ( near the premier)!, she gave me a horrid look when i asked for a straw like it was too much effort , all sauces had run out as well, at this price you would expect much better portion sizes and much better service , sucks how you have to get your own cold drinks to be honest I would rather a McDonald’s or even a Burger King I didn’t think it was anything special , served in tin foil like you would get from a market looked a bit cheapskatey, what is with the cup of fries lol?? Why not put them in something more convenient to eat from , overall I would stay away from this shoddy cafe unless you dont care about money and have it to burn on utterly bland chips and burgers!!!

This is fast food without the fast. The service is slow the burgers are bland. The fries are OK and you get a good portion size. Unfortunately it is not even cheap and cheerful, it is is expensive. You can eat better, faster, for half the price in any of the standard chains?
