I ordered food online for delivery then called the shop to follow up. They have refused to take responsibility or refund my money. They are referring me to Just Eat to get my refund yet my payment card shows money was paid to Five Guys!! Now when I try to call them they have blocked my number. Wow

Having read many of the 1 star reviews I had to comment.
I have visited Five Guys in Stevenage twice and both times had an enjoyable meal there.
The staff were professional, friendly and clearly felt pride in their service.
It seems the delivery side to the business needs addressing.
I watch 'londoneats' on YouTube and he complains about drivers not using insulated bags when picking up food,maybe that's the issue?.
Five Guys is expensive but I believe you're getting a better meal than the others.
