Poor food quality got my order wrong and I complained via email and there response was shocking! Avoid and eat at Burger King or McDonald which are both cheaper and have better customer service

FIVE GUYS WIMBLEDON HIGH STREET.

Avoid this place like the plague! The place was massive but only a library I was the only customer and it was 5pm when McDonald’s down the road was heaving with people after work and school kids all ordering things. So you do the math? Five guys quality is good but far too expensive, and it feels cold and unwelcoming plus the staff are not helpful or nice! I asked the guy for a little bit of chips with my burger and he angrily refused me because I didn’t pay for it! But his frying chips nonstop like his feeding the thousand when I was the only customer in the store? All that chops he fried will go to waste and all the oil and expense is going down the bin I would be surprised if they are still open in 5 years time! But don’t go to five guys!

Burger was tasteless and fries were so dry. Such a waste of money. Definately would not reccomend. Please do not waste your money. Absolutely awful !!!

Ordered x4 milkshakes £6+ each - After about 1 hour they finally arrived in an awful condition - in a milkshake soaked bag, watery, plus 1 container was open and the other 3 had milkshake over their bases and had fallen over in the bag. Nasty and very messy. Very poor presentation and supposed to be a premium product delivered like that.... Courier said he had something wrong with his bike yet on the tracking looked like he stopped off to deliver countless times before he got to me. Sent an email to 5G's customer service dept.... 0 response....If you allocate a courier multiple drop-offs, no wonder drinks arrive in this appalling condition. Was glad on this occasion we hadn't ordered food, like we usually do. Therefore, last time purchasing from this company I think.

If you're a vegetarian don't even think of going - almost inedible. I gather the meat burgers are good, but it is very expensive fast food.

Ordered on Deliveroo because I was told - the best burger ever. Well where do I start??? Firstly it took an hour to be delivered. Secondly, the burger looked nothing like the picture. It came wrapped in tinfoil - not even in a disposable container. Even Macdonalds have their burgers in a box!! Cost me £31 for two burgers and one regular fries. The bun was wrinkled as though it was 6 days old and heated in a microwave. The patty was so dry it was inedible.
