My pc, mark Medion, was down, at least the on/off button didn't work anymore. Because I read that PCservice repared Medion, I brought my computer to Leiden, Haarlemmerstraat 239, on a Thuesday. They couldn't fix it, so I had to come over and to decide about a new chest. This was on Wednesday. I ordered the new chest in the store and had it delivered there on Thursday. The shop opens at 10.00 o'clock and nearly at twelve I was able to come over to pick it up. When I started my pc at home (I have 2 systems on my computer, Linux and Windows) I got the screen for start up, but Linux system didn't work. Windows started up, but my wireless mouse didn't give a sign. After I phoned on Friday they said they were going to look for the little stick I left in the computer. They couldn't find it (after a few phone calls on and off), so they decided to send me a complete new wireless mouse, which I received on Saturday. Then when I started up my Windows my own disk wasn't there on which I save my pictures, etc. On Sundaynight my son discovered only the solid state was connected. After opening the chest it appeared that the plug wasn't connected. My son has worked for 3 hours to get my pc working again in a proper way. As I payed € 99,95 for simply changing the chest, I suggested that they should compensate my son. No way, they said I should have gone to the shop again as I had a garantee. That would have really been one week away from my computer while they promise to serve you within 24 hours. I really cannot recommand this PCservice to anyone, especially if you don't have someone to help you.

I went to the Leiden shop for an asseessment of my Macbook Retina A1354, who has been plagued from the beginning by various problems. Then I went to PCservice to assess the state of health of my Macbook: within two hours I was called back wuth a full diagnosys and to the point !
Uauh ! It is nice to know there is a place to rely for laptop problems.Well done and thanks

amazing service beyond the call of duty - by joey s. Had a coffee spill all over the laptop, went to ceinturbaan first, they helped intake - for the 89 euro drying out- and agreed to expedite assessment for the next day(friday) given a work deadline. The next day determined i'd need a new keyboard, another 240 eu- but wouldnt normally be repaired before monday and i had work deadline for weekend. Joey S in Niew Vennep agreed to hep personally picked up the ceintuurban laptop, and saturday fixed/new keyboard so i could get it mid afternoon on saturday . Meanwhile in the morning he emailed me the desktop file i was desperately needing which was saved only on desktop so i'd not lose more time on my own deadline. it was truly great service all around. thanx to pcservice generally but the above and beyond duty help of Joey S personally! wendy bernfeld, MD, rights stuff bv- our company (film biz) doesnt stop for the weekend so every day counted!
