Ben and the team came to sort out my bedroom window. From making the call to the job being done it was 2days! Amazing service, really please with the quality of the work.

I am 71 and told them my elecyric garage door was jammed open making my house insurance invalid. I sent many photos when they rewuested them but they failrd to come back to me dvdn after several attrmpts by me to get them too.

Ben and a young man were polite and gave me a fair price for a garage door repair on a Monday said could fix it by the friday.they had a bit of banter with a friend who was passing by and they told him I'd f..... Them off . A total lie and they were never seen again...soon got the job done with a other company in three hours of contacting them.nuff said.

Sadly, I can’t in all honesty recommend FixItLocally. I say “sadly” because Ben seems a good guy, but after charging us a fair amount of money to fix dropped doors and seal a leaking conservatory roof, the re-aligned doors now work perfectly but the conservatory still leaks and he has let us down a number of times with missed appointments and material quotes not delivered as promised. Regrettably I’m looking elsewhere to get the job finished.

Fixitlocally have done a few jobs for us. Just recently Ben has replaced four window units for us. The job was carried out promptly and efficiently at a time that was convenient for us. This company provides quality service combined with value for money. Ben and his team have always delivered reliable service when we have needed them.

We had a problem with the locks on our back door and had Ben round to give us a quote. He arranged to do the job the following week. He arrived with his workmate (sorry I don't know your name!) and both guys did a great, professional job and the door is now sorted. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess whatsoever. Excellent service by Ben. I arrived at work to a soaking ceiling, after ringing round the houses to try find an emergency plumber I stumbled across Fixitlocally (Google search) I rang them and was told they will be with me within the hour, true to his word he arrived on site and assessed the situation promptly, kept me updated on what the issue was and resolved the issue quickly, VERY professional service and priced very fairly. I will certainly use them again.
