First of all, robert is the best ar service so thank you robert! Delivery arrives within a few days , all the parts match, all original stuff. (I ordered mercedes parts several times and all arrived just as I wrote.) The price is also just fine!!

Parts arrive as and when not as promised.
I ordered parts for my car from these company because they had the items in stock and promised a fast delivery time if you paid extra for the shipment which I did. Sadly the parts never arrived on time or as promised. I then had to chase them and wait 1 month to receive my parts. I then requested a refund for my shipment but instead I received a portion of the shipment and they kept the rest. When making the order it all looked like everything was paid for upfront, then to my surprise I also got £70 import tax to pay. All in all a very annoying and frustrating experience. Won’t be using them anytime soon if I can help it.

For the specific issue around import tax that you've mentioned, we have a text that indicate that we are shipping from EU and you have to be aware of the import duties - "As we are shipping goods from EU, please refer to the Tax and Duty information to understand your import tax implications for UK." As well as, before Submitting an order, we've added a checkbox, where you acknowledge that you understand that there will be tax duties implications. We are always open to better ideas on how we can make some limitations that we have more clear.
We'll investigate what happened with your order and will update a reply, to be transparent on what and why your shipment was delayed.
Once again, we are sorry that we were not able to provide the top-notch service, but we hope to improve our services and to see you again as a customer.
