Awful service - dishonest - pretty much a scam.

I read these articles online sometimes about how people have been duped out of their money, by unscrupulous online characters and usually feel no sympathy for the victims. This outfit however have totally scammed me. Mr Morrice is exceptionally good at making promises and talking the talk, but at the end of the day, the services he offers are nothing but a scam.
Don’t be fooled by the initial phone call promising the world, because as soon as he has your money, you can be sure you wont be able to get hold of him anymore, and the initial “professional” service just falls off a cliff. I sent this character £180 to refurb and mend a SLK-2, he disappeared almost as soon as the money cleared his bank. I sent numerous emails to find out what was going on, and some two months after sending him money he cited the covid-19 lockdown as an excuse for not responding.
Having lost trust in him, I requested a refund to which he initially refused, and then after badgering him, he said he would have to deduct an admin fee, before refunding directly into my account. He said it would take 28 days for this to happen.
35 days later and still no refund. Now he does not respond to calls or emails. 6 months from the initial professional phone call full of promises, I am £180 out of pocket and still a busted deck!
I have commenced county court action. I strongly suggest you are more than careful when dealing with this outfit.. or better still, try somewhere else.

Dean and his company have had my decks…

Dean and his company have had my decks for 18 months! They have been returned in worse condition than they were sent and since we returned them to be worked on all my calls/emails/texts are ignored and its as if they have not been stolen.

Does anybody have any further details of how I might contact them?

Couldn't be happier!

Went through these guys to get my decks serviced, and they put me in touch with DJSR. The process was very straightforward, and the end result was great. I love the new cables! Having had an led upgrade with under platter lighting, I couldn't be happier with it, it looks amazing! The whole thing took a little longer than expected, but overall a really good service, that I will no doubt use again when needed.

I would like to make it clear that we have a returns process in place.
Having reviewed the order we were not contacted about the issues he has mentioned at any stage.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority and having served many audio fans, DJs and artists over a 10 year period we have many happy customers. I am very disapointed that John has taken to attack me personally online rather than contact me if there are issues. Having seen this review I have contacted John to ask him to detail his issues as he will be covered under our 1 year warranty as this is the first I have heard about any problems with this order.

To suggest that the item was destroyed is not at all reflective of the work that was done and to decline to respond to our email asking if he needs assistance with the order isn't a reasonable way to deal with returns or issues.

Customers are requested to leave Slipmatts, Stylus, Dustcovers and accessories at home as these are not needed to service items.

John is encouraged to contact our customer services email if he needs to make a warranty claim or has any enquires about accessories.

This is also a page of a seperate company and not related to any services provided by myself or my business, Djfix pros is a referrer so they put people who need repair in touch with repairers.
