Scammers
Scammers. They use this business name as their ‘front’ but really they operate under BS Security Maintenance and bill you under this.
See BS-Security on trust pilot for their true reviews, don’t trust google! All say it’s a scam.
Locked out one evening and in a vulnerable situation, needed an emergency locksmith. The man on the phone quoted £45 but on the job insisted that the lock needed removal and replacement.
They did not even bother a non-invasive method to open the door. They proceeded by using a fake cylinder called Astra Locks, which when you search online it comes up as a lock that is commonly used by scammers/rogue traders !!! Because their fake website shows prices that is so overinflated. costing 3-4x more than a normal well known lock brand.
Final charge was £425.
We were too exhausted to dispute this but feeling cheated we researched all of this the next day.
Called local locksmiths to enquire what it should have actually cost, they confirmed that they had never heard of Astra locks, that a non-invasive technique should have been sufficient and the charge for this type of call out should have been under £200.
A pity that this trading Industry is not regulated! Shameless criminals that will no doubt continue to get away with scamming people!
