Lancée en 2014, Fizzer est une application qui permet d’envoyer des cartes personnalisées, revues, albums, faire-part et gazettes depuis et vers n’importe où dans le monde pour un tarif unique. L’utilisateur peut choisir des produits à l'unité ou un abonnement. L'application propose plus de 2000 designs de cartes (chacun disponible dans 7 langues) tous créés en interne par les graphistes Fizzer. Tous les produits sont fabriqués et imprimés en France à Saint-Égrève puis mis sous enveloppe avant d'être envoyés par la Poste. En 2021, ce sont plus de 3 millions de cartes qui ont été envoyées en France ou dans le monde avec Fizzer qui compte aujourd’hui plus de 2 millions d’utilisateurs. La solution est disponible depuis www.fizzer.com et ses applications iOS et Android.

Prices are OK, service not so
Prices are OK. The text composer is bad, forcing kiddy style and only allowing you to write of half of the surface, the other half reserved for additional costs.
Sending through France took more than two weeks, cards sent abroad never arrived.

Application pratique, simple, élégante et efficace. Je l’utilise pour les cartes de vœux.
Un seul bémol : on ne peut pas préciser son adresse d'expéditeur quand on envoie une carte.

Perfect for postcrossing
Fizzer already printed quiet a lot of cards for me, especially the magnetic ones. I use them as personalized postcrossing cards amd they have a real Wow effect. Usually I use a quote with a nice picture, so that they can put it on their fridge. The quality of the printing is amazing and the process is really easy.

Postcards never delivered
I sent 5 postcards through fizzer the same day, to 5 different addresses in Europe. None of the cards arrived… they make you pay for a service they do not deliver!

If your cards haven’t been delivered within the estimated delivery time, you can request a free resend via the app. Simply go to the Creations tab, select the relevant cards, and tap on Resend the card.
Don’t forget to double-check the addresses. If you need to make any changes, just mention them in the comment section of your resend request, we’ll handle the rest.

much to chose, easy to make it your way
They offer a wide range of products that can easily be personalized, the prices are reasonable. The app is well structured and their.web interface is great for bigger projects. Nice surprise for anyone.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, fast, super fast! I had a photo album created and printed on Fizzer's website because I needed to send it to an address near Paris. All went smoothly. Highly recommend this company for efficiency and speed and excellent communication Merci!

Super quality, super service!!
Quality of the prints are super! I have used fizzer for many years and am a very happy customer. Have recommended Fizzer to my friends and family on many occasions.
If there have been any problems with delivery Fizzer are swift to resend the item. Communication with them is equally efficient and they are always very friendly and professional. There are plenty of options to choose from and i have even tried the family magazine which was great!!
