The product I received does not match the official product description or images. The metal packaging completely lacks the “Le Parfum” label, showing only Le Male, which raises serious doubts about the authenticity of the item. I have recorded the entire unboxing process on video, which clearly documents the condition of the product as received. I demand that you: Immediately verify the authenticity of this product, Provide a clear resolution, including sending the correct product if mine is incorrect, Advise on the precise steps I must take to rectify this situation. Having just read what happened to other customers exactly the same thing has happened to me. Ordered perfume for 93€ - I only received an empty box. Contacted Flaconi they say they sent it and would contact Hermes, who of course said they delivered it. So no
refund - no apology.
It was my fault that I ordered through Flaconi....

Got my high-end makeup from Flaconi and it has always been hassle free. They're even generous with discount codes on top of the discounts. 🥰

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Flaconi and their shipping partner Hermes. This experience has been nothing but stressful and absolutely unacceptable.

One of the biggest issues is that Flaconi works with Hermes – a delivery service known for its unreliable performance. I explicitly requested that the Hermes courier ring the bell before leaving the package anywhere – especially since I was at home waiting for the delivery. But Hermes never rang my bell! I was at home the entire time, waiting. A few minutes later, I received an email stating that the package had been left at the front door at 12:22 p.m. I read the email at 12:27 p.m. and immediately went downstairs – by 12:30 p.m. I was already at the main entrance, but there was no package.

Even worse, Hermes was unable to provide any proof of delivery – no photo, no delivery receipt. Yet both Hermes and Flaconi insisted that the package had been successfully delivered. But a delivery can only be considered successful when the package is actually in the customer’s hands.

What makes this whole situation even worse is that neither Flaconi nor Hermes took any responsibility. They continued to claim that the package had been delivered and offered no support. A refund of the €222.60 I paid was refused, as was a reshipment of the goods – three perfumes from Chanel and Dior.

This is completely unacceptable. I have received many packages from other couriers such as DHL or DPD – they always leave the packages securely in the entrance area, and I have never lost a package before.

This entire situation has been an absolute nightmare, and the lack of accountability from Flaconi and Hermes is simply shocking. I will never order from Flaconi again and can only advise others to think twice, especially if Hermes is responsible for the delivery.

When you spend over €200 on luxury products, you at least expect reliable delivery and honest customer service. Unfortunately, both Flaconi and Hermes failed completely.

Ordered YSL Myslf and Pure Musc For Her Set. Ordered on 2. September and it was already delievered on 4. September (but not at home, it was at Packstation. Thanks DHL, I guess...). The products are original. Thanks Flaconi!
My only "complain" is I was given only 2 female testers, even though ordered 1 male 1 female parfume. I could easily order them seperately and could get 4 testers :( It's not a dealbreaker (to be honest it is not something I care about), but would be a very nice touch.

Everything was great! From the products variety and best prices out there to easy check out to the fast delivery.

The worst customer service ever they never never reply back. My order is no where and kt has not been sent yet

The first shock after opening the package was seeing the state of set-boxes. All sets (creams and serum) ordered came in open boxes and one cream had a trace of finger inside (Lancome renergie h.p.n 300 peptide..). The bottle of a 20ml genifique serum in a set-box was facing down unlike other 2 components... (the box itself looked as if someone tried to forcefully close it). This seems to be a prevalent theme lately so I will think hard before ordering again. Sadly, i really liked their goods and have been placing orders over the last 8-10 years on regular basis.

This was my first time ordering from Flaconi. The perfume I bought arrived in perfect condition and smells amazing, so no complaints there. However, I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order, and it didn’t come. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was out of stock. By the time they replied to my email, I had already placed other orders with them — which I might not have done if I had known the gift wasn’t available.

I think Flaconi really needs to update their product pages in real time to reflect gift availability before people place an order — even if they already have a “free gift” info page, it should be clearly shown right where the product is listed. This would save customers from disappointment. Overall, the perfume itself was great, but the lack of clear communication means I’m unsure if I’ll order again.

I have been using Dior Sauvage Elixir for three years and this is the first time I ordered it through Falconi. The package arrived in a small packaging, not the usual large cube-shaped box I’m used to.

When I spray it, I immediately notice that it is much weaker. After about half an hour, the scent is barely noticeable, whereas before, just one spray would last me for two days.

I feel that something is wrong with this delivery or the company.

I ordered a perfume that was described as very similar to my favorite, Flowerbomb. Unfortunately, to me, it smelled nothing like it, just strong and not something I would use again..

Maybe others enjoy it more, but the one I chose didn’t come close to what I was hoping for

You end up paying a decent amount without knowing what you'll actually get. That part was a real letdown

I love Flaconi—they always offer great prices, and their 60-day return policy is perfect. Customer support is also great and always responsive in 2-3 working days. It makes shopping so much easier: if I find an item at the same price on Flaconi and another site, I always choose Flaconi. I’ve ordered five or six times so far. Definitely recommended!
