stay away from this website! They have a super flakey payment system and if you place an order they don't let you change the address while you are paying. When I called they say they won’t make you any "promises" about when your money will be back. It’s really ridiculous. I am an extremely unhappy first time user and I will never use this service again.

I have ordered items worth of 40 euro on 26th Jan and i m chasing them from last 4-5 days but not getting proper response. They jus said its with PostNL and i checked with them. they have never received the item.
this is the first time i have ordered from flaconi and m thinking its a mistake.

One of the best shops. Always nice prices, authentic quality and fast delivery.

My first purchase and surely not the last. The parcel arrived before the estimated time and the price really competitive. I am very satisfied!!!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Flaconi Netherlands, which is very different from my positive experience with Flaconi Germany.

Note: All products are genuine — that is not the issue.

On 24 December 2025, I placed an order but cancelled it the same day after realizing I had ordered the wrong version of Armani Si. I received a cancellation confirmation and was told my refund would be processed. Despite this, the order was still dispatched two days later due to a system error.

I was then asked to go to the pickup point and return the parcel myself, which I did on 30 January. Now, 15 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. There has been no compensation or accountability, even though this situation was caused entirely by their system failure.

This has been a chaotic, unreliable, and frustrating experience. I expected much better.

I received my refund on 20th Jan

Ordered twice and had a good experience! Order was sent fast and price is better than other places.

The prices are competitive, products arrive in 1-2 days, pictures and description is all very clear. Great experience overall!

Delay too much...

my 1sttime i order here, but i did not have 5 euro discount from my 1st order,, even i susbscrive, the frustration that my order is delay for too long, glad i pay with klarna,, now please cancel my order,, and i read all the bad reviews 1 star on your truspilot,,

too bad,,, 1st impression last, i am panatic of korean skincare, plan to buy here more, but my order delay sooo bad,, so better never buy here and i will inform klaŕna for this..

I received a lot of perfume samples, which I really liked! You noticed that my order included a mix of women's and men's items, and you divided the samples evenly - which made both me and my girlfriend happy. The prices were also surprisingly good. I highly recommend it

Stay far away from these SCAMMERS!

They can't even figure out their own terms and conditions and when you point out their own mistakes you get a really clueless response from what must be an intern(I refuse to believe a normal person can be this cognitively challenged!)!!
It's been a huge headache to return a simple item and they can't figure out how to return the correct amount according to their own return policy and/or terms and conditions!!

There are many better places online to shop that are also much CHEAPER!! STAY CLEAR OF Flaconi!!

Got many Loreal Men Expert shower gels from here for a really good price. Will be using the site more for other stuff too!

Product Sent but never delivered.

I purchased a perfume from Flaconi and chose PostNL for delivery. The website promised delivery within one business day, but more than a week has passed, and my perfume has still not arrived.

I contacted Flaconi's support team for assistance in reaching PostNL, as PostNL requires the sender to initiate an investigation. After I provided the PostNL's complaint number, I am still waiting for any action from Flaconi to prompt PostNL.

My delivery has been postponed three times, and for the past three days, there have been no updates, only stating that it is "on the way to be delivered."

This has been a terrible experience.

I did order first time from here. I didn't get my package after one week after too. I still waiting. I don't know what happened, but somehow, my order was returned without delivery or notification.So I don't understand it. 🤔😔
