Had a very last minute, urgent need on Friday afternoon for Malaysian and Australian flags on Monday. Was passed the 1.30pm next day cut off, but the guys said it'd be ok if I ordered by 3.30pm, but I missed that email, so it was 4pm by the time I ordered. Was thinking I was way too late, but was told that they had managed to distract the post lady by chatting to her long enough to pack and ship the order, so it should be arriving in time for our office visitor on Monday. Absolutely brilliant service!!!
