Great customer service! The support team responded very quickly and was always friendly and helpful.
The reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that the first solution offered to me was a 50% discount on a new pair. However, the products were already available with a similar discount on the website, so it did not provide any real additional benefit.
After I explained my concern, the team listened and worked with me to find a better solution. I really appreciated that they took the time to help and resolve the situation.
A special thank you to Jade, Casi, and Queen for their support. Queen especially helped find a solution that worked for me.
Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer service.

Bought these for my son. Within a few months shin pads lost all elasticity. They end up around your ankles.. even turns around to your heels. I reached out; they replied it’s past your 30 day warranty period. Unlucky.
Not worth the high outlay. Stay away from these money grabbers.

Absolutely amazing shin pads, my son always moaned about normal shin pads and then we got a cheap pairs like these flair ones just to see but the cheap ones have nothing on the flair!!!
