After my review customer services immediately reached out to notify me of some email issues. It was unclear what the exact mail issue was (maybe halloween) but they immediately refunded and handled things friendly and professional. I would try to order from them again in the future.

Original review: Still haven’t received the order. Costumer service hasn’t gotten back to me either.

We ordered hoodies, shoelaces, lite ice cubes, necklaces, collars for my dogs and headbands for a Halloween party.

I tried getting various FBL necklaces for Halloween this year to hand out with the candy. They were a hit and it made me feel good to see the kids wearing them right away, making them instantly visible. The parents gave me big thumbs up as well.

It all began when I move to a new neighborhood decades ago that had no street lights...you couldn't see the Trick or Treaters crossing the streets. So, as more of a safety issue, I started giving out the best light up toys available to give out during Halloween. Flashy Blinking Lights is who I depend on for the best quality, long lasting battery and LED lights, and most excitement ever for hundreds of Halloween Trick or Treaters!

I got multiple items that flashed and blinked when opening. My pumpin light up headband one side quit working on first wear but I do work at a bar and am quite good at breaking things.

I’ve been a longtime customer and always have received great service and products, delivered on time. Halloween was a hit at our house with lots of happy tricker treaters!

For two of the items there was no light.

One of the eyes stopped blinking. I opened it up and discovered the wiring was broken and had to strip the wire and tape it back together. Now I'm waiting on a hot glue gun to put it all back together.
