Correction - this is not the company I thought I was reviewing. Seems another company with a similar name "Flat Pack Pros" (very similar name to this company) are actually the company I was leaving a review for and have been installing wardrobes for Furniture Village.
Anyway have edited this up to a 5 star given "Flat Pack Professionals" are clearly a reputable company and got back to me immediately when they saw this review.

The company you are trying to reach is not us. It is a company who have used a very similar name to us and unfortunately there are a large number of customers in your situation who cannot get in contact with them.

What a pleasure to work with!
What a pleasure to engage their services! I needed 2 IKEA PAX configurations installed with a deadline, one of them in a tricky corner with just enough space.
The team were happy to keep the communication going throughout, discuss possibilities for timeslots and quote me fairly.
They arrived on time and were very careful with the house, including the adjustments they had to make to fit my project. Before taking any actions when a choice had to be made, they were presenting me with options and recommendations to best protect the investment.
Perfect result, on time, with a smile!
Will definitely be using them in any upcoming new projects.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - assembled my Musclesquad Phase 4 rack in record time, and even unboxed and stored all the weight plates as well, which they didn't have to do. Also showed me how the equipment worked, and gave me some information about ongoing maintenance.
Saved me a huge amount of time and effort, so definitely money well spent.
Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and proactive
Fitted our shed and did a fantastic job. They even contacted the suppliers when they noticed a problem with one of the panels and arranged a replacement. Excellent service from these guys, very pleased and would highly recommend.

had a fantastic experience working with Flat pack from start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to a high standard.
We had an issue with a part and there was no spares and Bradley and the team went above and beyond to fit me in so they could complete the job.
One of the things I appreciated most was their excellent communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were always clear and transparent.
If you’re looking for a team that works hard, communicates well, and delivers quality results, i would highly recommend Flat pack professionals. Ive got to say a massive thank you to Bradley, Michael & Emmanuel for making this experience totally stress free.
