Ordered trainers - not delivered
Ordered some trainers. Delivered via DHL to wrong address, I requested new ones or a refund and they refused. I’m still waiting to hear for a full resolution but they have been slow to respond and so far I’m £70 down with no trainers.

Firstly, please let me apologise for the delivery issue.
We received an email from you Thursday evening to let us know about the delivery issue and responded Friday morning to advise that we had opened a delivery dispute with the courier into the loss. Did you receive our email?
As your order has been delivered to an incorrect address, it is our policy to allow the courier some time to attempt to retrieve the parcel - as if successful, they'll then deliver the parcel straight to you.
I've spoken to DHL again this morning, who have advised that the local depot were asked to retrieve the parcel on Friday, but there are no updates as yet. The team I spoke with are going to chase the local depot again this morning to see how the retrival attempt went and I should hear back by the end of day tomorrow with some updates.
Once we receive an update we'll respond to your email to let you know what is happening and advise on the next steps.
In the event that the retrieval is unsuccessful, we'll be able to replace or refund your order - whichever option you prefer.
Once again, please accept my apologies for the issues you have experienced and I can assure you we are actively chasing this and you will not be left out of pocket.

I emailed them to ask if they could switch to the correct size.
They promptly responded to my message and resolved the matter without any hassle at all .
