Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased a kit from these guys. Delivery was fast considering it was bank holiday. Parcel was securely packaged. After unboxing the kit there was an issue with the device (Not down to shop but a manufacturing issue)
I contacted the store via email with a video of the issue and without hesitation the contacted me back with a resolution.
I opted for a replacement kit and they said it would be sent out same day.
I cannot fault their customer service and the speed in which they resolved the problem.
