Purchased an engagement ring on 10/16/25. On 11/5/2025 We contacted the company as they had not delivered.
They said in a text message 11/14/2025 "Hello, sorry for the delay in responses we are in the process of closing the business. If you haven't received your order we are offering customers too (sic) do a chargeback or dispute and get their Monday (sic) back. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused everyone. We completely understand your frustration as we were blindsided as well with loosing (sic) our jobs." We initiated a charge back and the money was returned to us on 12/29/2025. However on 1/16/2026 they disputed the charge back getting around the issue of non delivery by providing proof of purchase. We purchased and they DID NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE. These people are practiced scammers and their website is still in operation.

Ordered a replacement engagement ring with my partner. We picked out this company as the pricing was good. We looked at reveiws for the .com website and it had good reviews, didn’t think it would be different website for the uk. Ended up getting the money back from my bank. Ring came and did not look like the photo, diamonds a lot smaller and a lot more to fill out the space. I ordered exactly like the image displayed so was very misleading to have a much smaller and different looking ring. Got told I could return it and have it remade then got ghosted for 2 months from the company. Bank ended up refunding full amount and kept the ring.

Ordered a ring for £1260 mid september. I waited a few weeks heard nothing so i contacted on the 15th and got a big reply about a family crisis two workers gone off theyre behind it should take a few weeks.

A few weeks went by of me emailing every week for an update to no reply. finally reached November and tried to reach out for a refund no reply.

Im not going through a process with the bank to get my money back as apparently they are doing this to everyone. Company house says theyre in massive debt and theyve paused their facebook group and completely shut shop using everyones money to duck out.

Avoid buying off their website that is still currently up and even running a sale.

EDIT: spoke with the actual jewellers this flawless seems to be a middle man and the jeweller may actually be able to sort it. Midas of Knutsford the jewelers who actually do the jewellery were great and helped me out. Flawless themselves are useless. Still no reply from them for over a month. Ordered in September its now November

Do not buy from these and also from what they call their “sister branch flawlesslabdiamond.co.uk” they are nothing but scams and frauds and full of excuses when you communicate with them. To make this brief I ordered a ring that’s over 1.5k. On their website they state 2-3 weeks dispatch. However it’s been 3 months and they have not sent anything. I’ve been back and forth with them for 2 months until I had enough with their excuses saying family emergencies etc and asked for a full refund, since then they did not even want to bother emailing me or even refunding my full amount. I’ve handed it to my bank and also shopify to investigate them on this. And to further this, they closed down their Instagram page where I read comments that stated they are “scams” don’t buy and if your taking the risk make sure you speak with your bank stating that you abit cautious about it and to make sure if things go wrong that you are entitled to get a refund in full.

Worst company to buy a ring from. It’s like letting a crackhead borrow money. Just know you’re never getting it back. This company is a scam if you ordered anything from them get a refund right now from your bank. They are understaffed, Bad Customer Service, and they don’t like to do refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Avoid this shameful excuse of a “small family business” at all costs, as they couldn’t care less about your family!

Order No. 110074 - unfulfilled and still unrefunded

Placed order 8th September as promised a 2 week delivery. I had to chase up the order as nobody bothered or had the decency to contact me to say it would be delayed. Told 2 family guys were off, hence delay in starting the making of the ring, which was of no use to me when a proposal date and event was arranged for 18th October. I was offered a substitute ring for the proposal (who would even do that?), but the photo of the substitute ring looked like it was from a Kinder egg!!
While chasing my order, the only person who seemed remotely apologetic and bothered to respond was someone called Cheryl, but even she blanks me now.
Cancelled the order 9th October and pretty much since, no correspondence or replies from anywhere/anyone to my emails. Disgraceful way to conduct business. They owe me £910.00, so I’ve opened a case against them with my bank.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they knock me sick and have absolutely no shame and no consideration for customers who are paying their wages. They couldn’t care less if they are ruining potentially one of the most important and exciting days of a couples life together, it’s disgusting.

My partner ordered a ring on 21st September, the website states it is a 2 week wait, he emailed them and explained when he needed the ring for they emailed him back explaining they were short staffed and there was delays with shipping them out but if it got closer to the time they would send out a replacement so he could still go ahead with his planned engagement, he accepted this, as it got closer to the time he emailed them again asking for an update they again said they were short staffed and they needed to ‘contact the shop’ it got to the time where he needed the ring no update from them and no ring to be seen not even a replacement, we are still sending emails to them and we still have no update, previously it’s just been ‘we have messaged the shop’ and now they have just stopped responding to us completely, we are now down a lot of money and doesn’t look like we will be receiving anything at all, delivery time is still showing 2 weeks on their website as well which is very clearly a lie

Order number 110152, absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a marquise ring for my partner on 30th September after reading on their website they have a 2 week lead time (I planned to propose at the end of October whilst we were on holiday).
On the 20th of October after no confirmation of postage I phoned the company asking for an update. They told me they had an issue with their supplier and tried offering me other rings as if it was acceptable!
I cancelled the order over the phone and via e-mail as they had not upheld their end of the deal of providing the ring I ordered, then was told the refund would take upto 30 days to process?
Never have I heard of such disorganisation and bad customer service within a company, if I hadn’t called for an update, when would they have told me the ring was not coming?
Approached my bank to raise a dispute.

Ordered a ring and it's coming up 10 weeks and still have absolutely no idea where it is or why I havnt got it. I've read a few reviews people saying the company is under staffed right now and usually I would accept that but NOT THIS LONG and not to he able to tell what stage the ring is at I just don't understand. !! The whole experience has been an absolute shambles for the amount of money spent to have nothing for it when I was expecting it in 3 weeks. Really really disappointing WHERE IS IT 😞

I think it is absolutely mad how they have no actual system that can provide an update -
Ordered ring 24th September
- sent email on 7th October asking for an update
- response was that company has a lack of staff and now they don't know when the ring will come ( only that I 'should') recieve it by the agreed date I needed it.

Asked for a refund - Now I am being told I have to wait 30 days for a refund for a ring I do NOT even have handy!

The most ridiculous process I have ever been through!

30 days for a refund of nearly £1000 for an item they have no clue what build stage is in!!!

Also bare in mind whoever is responding to their emails has to get information or approval from the 'store'
So the 'store' are in charge of refunding me, not flawlessmoissanite

FlawlessMoissanite / LMD Gems / Midas of Knutsford issued a refund on 8th october

Case closed in sellers favour automatically because they issued a refund via bacs - not an instant refund by card

Refund got delayed and then cancelled on 15th October because no funds in their account

I've now had to open another dispute with paypal

I will keep opening disputes with paypal until I get my money back as I am protected under their no item recieved protection policy

This is an absolute joke!

The proposal idea is already ruined now as I can't get another ring in time frame and now out of pocket nearly £1000

I’m a bit disappointed, ordered my ring Aug 29th it is now oct 7th almost 40 days pushing 6 weeks and still no ring. This is ridiculous, I’ve been texting the team once a week to get an update and nothing. They aren’t giving any real answers. I’m growing extremely impatient this is ridiculous.

I am so upset - I ordered my ring on 28th August 2025 and expected (was informed of) a two-week delivery time.

After that, two weeks had passed with no ring and no dispatch notification, I contacted the company. I could not get a firm answer on when my ring would arrive. I was just told that when they knew, they would let me know. I have chased so many times and still have no idea where my ring is. This is despite my explaining that we need the ring for a planned occasion.

This experience is ruining what should be a really special time for us.

Four weeks later and I still have no idea whether the ring is coming or not

I hope I have not lost my money!!!

Needed a ring quickly and come across these guys. Cheryl was able to help me get the ring in time with prompt responses and great customer service.

The ring came with a certificate as well. I have seen a review about the ring being fake, I haven't personally tested it however the ring we ordered is absolutely amazing!

Highly recommend.

Firstly I would like to say that Cheryl has been providing me with the best service I could ever have asked for. 10 out of 10.
There was some bumps on the way, delays but finally we found a solution and Cheryl was so helpful and didn’t give up on me until I finally had the ring.
And secondly, what a gorgeous ring we’ve received and my fiancée loves her ring. Unfortunately it was a bit too big but Cheryl with the company told us to send it back for resizing and we are grateful for that.

I was a little nervous about ordering something significant without seeing it first, but I put in my order and it arrived in just under two weeks. Very good packaging (love the little LED light in the box to bring out that sparkle. Ring is exactly as it appeared on the website, well made and just very beautiful. Communication from the company was clear and efficient. I’d recommend and fully intend to use this company again.

*After receiving a partial refund this has changed my experience and therefore changed the rating. 1 star docked from this rating as in the offer of compensation, it was explicitly requested that my review should change in reponse to the compensation. I do however retract my accusation of the company being a drop shipper as I had no evidence for this claim other than the lack of communication between the sales and manufacturing team.

Ignore the stated delivery time of two weeks and instead consider it three, if you bear that in mind then your experience will likely be better. The ring itself is spot on and I've no complaints at all with it. It has received countless compliments.

I chose this website due to their comparitively fast delivery times compared to others (2 weeks). After ordering I enquired about a delivery date and requested further updates during the process. Each time I was told the query had been passed on but never received a reply until it was ready for shipping (After 2 weeks). To be clear, the timing isn't the issue but just the fact it exceeded the stated window, had it initially said 3 weeks this would easily be a 5 star review.

However, the fact they offer financial incentives to alter or remove reviews makes me question their rating on the platforn. I really do want to support a small business but communication issues and shipping time issues need to be rectified instead of paying to gloss over them.

Ordered a ring as a gift for my wife's Christmas, received a confirmation email very quickly and order was dispatched within a week. I ordered a 3 carat gold oval cut classic style ring costing £1000. My order arrived on Dec 13th and to say we were disappointed was an under statement, the ring was nothing like what I had ordered( wrong carat size only 1.5 carats, wrong shape and it was silver and looked very cheap) I tried emailing but heard nothing back.I returned the ring to the address provided the next day(at my own expense I must add) and to date despite several emails have not heard a thing from flawless moissanite regarding a refund. I am currently in talks with my creditcard company to try and recoup my money.Terrible company avoid at all costs.

When it comes to elegance, brilliance, and value, my recent purchase from FlawlessMoissanite has exceeded every expectation. I had been searching for a diamond set that combined timeless sophistication with modern craftsmanship, and FlawlessMoissanite delivered on every front.

My ring is lovely, and it arrived within the 3 weeks specified on the website. When I needed my ring resized, I sent it back and got it delivered back to me within a week. Both times the delivery was tracked & signed for, with guaranteed delivery before 1pm.

I was a little concerned about the moissanite when I read the certificate and booklet it came with, which was full of spelling and grammar errors. I however took it to a local jewellers who confirmed that it was real, and advised that the GRA is not a fully regularised body, so there can be a lot of fakes.

My only criticism with the company would be that they didn't respond to my emails when I was looking for an update on my order. However, once I found their WhatsApp number (an American number, so responses were received during the night for me) on their Instagram, I was able to get an update and they also helped me with other questions on getting my ring resized.

Overall, I am very pleased with my ring and the service received. If I were to order again I would still be likely to get the jewel tested elsewhere, but knowing that my current ring is real puts me at ease.
