We had tried to sell two investment flats in Birmingham with another company and got nowhere, and thought we would have to drop our asking price. BEfore this we decided to try FLeet Milne, they got us several offers at our original asking price, and seemed to have access to a much better data base of buyers as well as being very helfpul and efficient at stages of the sales which followed quite quickly.
