Signed up 17 years ago and still with them!! Fleetmilne managed our property for several years while we were living abroad and we found them be professional and competent and pleasant to deal with. Despite being back in UK we have continued with their services which is a testament to their business.

I am from Ireland and moved here with work in January but I fell in love with the place (Birmingham) so with that and after work granted me a permanent move and a deadline of May 30th to move out of my current place it was house hunting!

My two colleagues got places so I was feeling the pressure. Once I seen a place I might like I called the office arranged a viewing and met Yousaf that same day.

He is incredible. Great personality, very welcoming, very personable, very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff.

You can just tell when A person has a passion for their job and it shines through..Well he is that.

He got me the apartment later that day. I kept asking and texting him loads of questions and he responded so fast and so professional.

Probably the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At all costs, please avoid if you're looking to rent in Birmingham. I've warned everyone I know to avoid Fleetmilne but feel it needs to be here too so that everyone out there can be warned. The reviews on TrustPilot seem to be quite positive which is odd for a company so bad, especially when you compare to Google Reviews where the only positive reviews are from contractors who are paid by FleetMilne, and the negative reviews are the ones that have actually been ‘liked’ by other customers. Then again, looking through the TrustPilot reviews, it seems they’re actually mostly for one member of the team (Yusuf) which seems suspicious in itself, but that’s beyond the point.

I can't list all of the issues because I'd be here all day, but some included - dirt/blood/food down the walls, soiled mattress, broken key fob, broken windows, no hot water upon moving in, broken radiators during winter, and abysmal customer service when these issues were reported. Some of them were only fixed 5 months after we moved in, weeks before we moved out, even though we reported them on move-in day.

We were given an apology and a goodwill gesture, which we did somewhat appreciate, but this didn't actually change anything, and I don't want anyone else having to go through what we did. Please avoid at all costs, for your own sanity.

The company operates sharp practices (for instance asking for “administration” fees then backing down when challenged), has poor onboarding procedures (with an inflexible IT system), and refers you to agents that are clearly there to sell their preferred packages (the insurance quote was 3x as expensive as the average moneysupermarket quote for instance). If it hadn’t been for the fact that we wanted that specific property I would have never persevered.

I arranged to view an apartment with FleetMilne today Jan 20. From start to finish the experience was first rat and professional. Their rep Yousef met me at the property - he was friendly, courteous and knowledgable - a real asset to the organisation. Though the property was not the right one for me I would not hesitate to recommend FleetMilne.

Fleetmilne were very easy to deal with, made sensible judgements regarding the local property market and achieved a very good price on our property.
Throughout they were proactive, particularly as our buyers solicitor was not.
We bought through them 8 years ago and having sold would recommend them for city centre properties
Kirsty was particularly helpful in getting some of the last details in place to enable completion
