This Taxis firm has become so unreliable. They no longer cc are about service to customers. If you thinking of getting a Taxis from Rickmansworth Watford you will have to wait at least 30mins. I don't like Ubers but I will from now use them instead of Fleet!
DO NOT RISK – HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I booked a taxi to take me to my GP for an urgent appointment because I am in pain and struggle to walk after surgery on a broken leg. I asked to be picked up near the door of my house, where I was already waiting. When the driver arrived, he called and told me to walk distant to a street whose name he didn’t even know, his English was very bad. When I started explaining to him that it was difficult for me to walk, he hung up, I was waiting hopping he would call me back, then I called the company twice, all they could say was that they would talk to the driver. I had no choice to choose another company. I was late for my appointment and was under a lot of stress!
Driver was very late and kept giving incorrect information of when he would arrive. Car suspension was finished. Horrible driver and horrible service AVOID.
Don't know how they did this... fleetminicabs deleted all of the TrustPilot Reviews... Guessing few years ago when they deleted my review was when it happened... So here's my post AGAIN!
Worse Minicabs on the planet... Stay Away From Them AT ALL COST!
Hospital Nurse a Stanmore Hospital ordered a cab for my mother who just got out of day surgery after she recovered (she's only 50 years old) so we waited 45 mins to call them, for them to say no cab is coming and they were to busy to send us another one and hung the phone up on me...
Fleet is Stanmore Hospital main Cab service as they have free call phones with the logo above the phones all over the Hospital so if a nurse asks to call you a cab say NO!!!! find yourself a cab!
