Delivery was a disaster. The day selected wasn't respected. I got an email saying the flowers were delivered when I had receive nothing. I tried multiple time communicating when them and got a pre-made reply telling me the flowers were delivered. Only to get multiple call the next day from the delivery guy saying he had took the flower home and I had to go get them myself. I will never order from here ever again and I beg everyone one wanting to do business with them to not do so and their associated company Bloomex. Always a disaster with them.

We have used Bloomex services for multiple occasions, whether it was for condoleances flowers, feel better flowers, and have always had a good experience. They have delivered the flowers always in a timely manner, making sure the person was there to receive it, and sending notifications to make sure I would know when it was delivered. Totally recommend their services.

Ordering a bouquet of balloons for my grandma was easy and clear on the website. The morning delivery arrived as I had hoped - the driver followed the instructions for delivering to a local senior residence. The balloon bouquet made my grandmother’s place extra warm and cheerful for her special day. Thank you!

False advertising, not delivering on time, change in delivery without approval. Rebate not applicable. Very disappointed.

I booked a gift from the GTA for my husband in Calgary, and he absolutely loved it! The presentation was beautiful, everything looked fresh, and it arrived right on time. Because of that wonderful experience, I decided to use **Bloomex** again today to send a gift to my sister-in-law in Australia and she loved hers as well!

I’ll be honest, I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews online, but I decided to go ahead anyway. I’m so glad I did because they completely proved my doubts wrong. The delivery was quick, the package arrived in perfect condition, and everything was neatly and securely packaged with no damage at all.

What also stood out to me was their customer service. The support team on phone call and the chat box was amazing, very responsive, helpful, and reassuring. They answered my questions politely and made me feel confident about my order.

The quality was great, the items were exactly as described, and the value for the price was worth it. Both gifts made my loved ones genuinely happy.

From my experience, Bloomex has been reliable for both deliveries within Canada and internationally. If you’re considering ordering, I would definitely say give them a try, you won’t regret it!

The website is easy and love the variety. Great service, the flowers were send in a box to prevent damage from the cold which is really appreciated. Would definitely order more.

I have recently placed an order for my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary celebration on 14 Feb 2026 and was scheduled for delivery on the same day. The flowers and gift baskets that were delivered are completely different from what I originally ordered.
They have just sent some roses which for sure not worth the price i have paid, The gift basket is even worse that only have a few bags of cheap snacks in it !!!

I had carefully selected specific items from overseas to mark this special milestone, and I am deeply disappointed that the wrong items were delivered.

After that I have emailed my complaint 3 times, no reply !!!! called the "so-called" 24/7 hotline 3 times, but no one ever pick up !!!

As you can imagine, this has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially given the significance of the occasion.
