I have ordered an iPhone and AirPods Pro from flexbuy and can say that my experience has been nothing but absolute pleasure.
I was incredibly sceptical at first, but I received my phone and was happy with it.
However, what really made a difference is how my interaction with the staff at Flexbuy was. Every question was answered in great detail and very quickly. Which made the whole experience that much better.
Lastly - the insurance. No one wants to deal with it. It is never pleasant. However, I encountered an issue with my phone and a replacement was shipped and received within days without any headache. And considering the cost of modern phones - not having that headache is honestly refreshing.
For as sceptical as I was initially, now I am considering ordering other things from them in the near future.
