More than a month waiting — terrible after-sales service
I placed the order on November 12th for Black Friday (watch out for those “great deals” — the checkout was throwing errors, which was already suspicious), and after more than a month I am still missing one of the packages needed to assemble the desk.
The first two packages arrived on time, but this last one was not properly tracked and I was told that the shipment was “lost”. Curiously, my account on your website shows the order as completed, which is absolutely false.
After several emails with different people, I am still waiting for the item, while excuses keep coming and the delivery keeps being delayed. At this point, once I finally receive everything, I can only hope that none of the packages are defective and that I can actually assemble the desk at last.
