I highly don't recommend this moving/storage company at any cost. Here is a list of reasons and what went wrong:

1) They never told me the day of when the boxes would arrive which caused me to lose a whole day. I had to run back from my job to aid with the delivery process

2) They did not deliver to my door and just left it outside an apartment building. Did help with moving boxes. Which would be fine, but had to leave boxes outside unattended because I was running back from work.

3) left a huge wooden pallet. As a student oriented service, I do not have a vehicle or the means to move a wooden pallet left outside my building. Several complaints and headaches, I just moved to a new area and this is not the stress I wanted to go under.

4) Contacted them but they stopped replying after the delivery process was completed. Not caring about the issues they've caused.

I used this company in Edinburgh throughout my degree, and have had nothing but positive experiences using them. Always super friendly, very affordable, and great service. Highly recommend. They go above and beyond to accomodate their customers- everything included, boxes and packaging supplies are delivered a few weeks before pick up day of your choice.

Flexistore was excellent! I needed somewhere to store my luggage while I went on a brief holiday before student exchange - to save me from carting 35kg bags around on holiday! It was easy to find the building and get into the storage space via Bluetooth on the app. The price was very reasonable and customer service was excellent.
