Some of the stitching came loose within 2 days. Sizing wasn’t exact and felt like I should’ve ordered a size smaller on both my items

Received quickly. I love this thing 🥰 best investment ever. I use it on my feet, legs, butt, back, shoulders, neck, you name it! I have a heel spur and stand on my feet for 9 hrs a day at work n let me tell you not only do I use it at work 😳 which provides relief and feels A-mazing I use it when I get home and it hurts so good if that makes sense....it really has made my body feel so much better. I also have arthritis and bulging discs and tears in my lower back and man this thing helps. I even read it shakes up the lymphatic fluid so I use it on my stomach to shake up the fat. I'll let you know how that goes 😅

Got the face shields today..Make sure you takeoff the protective film so you can see out of them clearly . I didn’t catch that at first and the seller advised me to do it..so much better

Excellent customer service. I was however disappointed that some of the items I wanted were out of stock and I was not informed that items were low stock or sold out until I received an email after my order was already placed.

The material the masks are made out of is great it has some stretch to it, it’s light, and I do not feel like I am suffocating as we many masks I have already a worn. The only thing i wasn’t a fan off which is why I took one star away is that the mask is a little short and I could use 1/2-1 inch of meterían to cover my chin and nose better. Besides that overall great mask.

Cracked after using it on high setting. Returned got a new one that was cracked, wasn’t completely sealed together, didn’t even charge it. Horrible product
