The worst company in my entire career. They treat employees like donkeys, hire quickly and fire quickly. Even director & HR got brutally fired. You will need to sign a difficult bond with hidden term & conditions. No matter how honestly you work but only a boot licker can survive or get promotion here.

This is not an IT company but a prison in India where some bad luck people unfortunately get trapped.

Employee bond is very strict. They closely monitor every employee every minute which is directly linked to your salary and termination anytime.

No human values just want work like we're slaves. You may even end up getting into depression due to heavy work load pressure and fear of termination any moment.
The so called "Teachlead" here is totally non-tech person who constantly threatens about termination to assert authority. The work culture is driven by fear, pressure, and unrealistic expectations.

They even deceive their customers by claiming their IT team is based in the USA, when in reality, it operates entirely from India.

If anyone still wants to join, then get a health insurance first, leave ur family, forget ur home, stop thinking about holidays and your life.

This company is fraud they gave me an offer letter in just one day with 2 interview rounds of LLM developer , and the company director himself took the interview ,isn't it strange with company incorporated in 2025 and with the NOC of kanpur , they operate with the name of Realdrseattle from USA , they gave a training agreement of a person with responsibilities of 15+ years experience to a 2 yr old experience guy claiming and just bulletins of termination termination and some stupid outdated clause of employee giving 5,00,000 to them with having their work email IDS with @gmail.com in them like hrflickios @ google.com don't sign their E -signature document read them carefully you may smell something like you are under siege , a person named Mohommad Faraz claimed of being the director of this company with 2 more owners Sabrina damani and 1 more , very unreal offer letter with terms and conditions no company has , dont fall for the trap , the person said i have two names for operating in two countries like mohommad Faraz in India and Tyler birch in USA , they don't have any official website or linked in , Enter this company at your own risk !

Avoid joining this company! The work environment is extremely stressful, with a full night shift and an excessive workload. Employees are constantly monitored through CCTV from the USA, and even minor mistakes can lead to immediate termination. The company operates under the name RealDrSeattle.com. There is little to no respect for employees, and the workload remains consistently high. There are no monthly leaves, not even on major national holidays like Diwali. If you take leave, it is deducted from your salary.
