This site is a scam

This site is a scam, I booked my flight to LA in April and the day before I was trying to check in, Airline said have my reservation but not confirmed but I didn’t get any cancellation and my credit card transaction went through. Called the flightbird site, spoke to multiple people. They all said the problem was escalating to airline, wanted me to call back and check status which I did 5 times but still no answer. Finally after 9 hours that they confirmed there’s no way they can do if airline didn’t honor the original booking. They were ok to refund but it doesn’t matter now I have to pay extra 200 cover the mistake they made. It seemed like they always have this problem continually, maybe some people didn’t leave the reviews but it seems like nothing improve even the similar problem happened before. Therefore I will not recommend to book anything from this site. If you’re luck maybe the booking will go through but if not be prepared to pay extra for flight you need when they can’t honor the original flight.

IT IS A SCAM!!!!.........DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

Zero stars. I booked through them since October 30th to travel on December 21st from EWR. They sent me right away the "confirmation trip" with my credit card info and a confirmation number from them, but no confirmation number from United.

Also another email that says:

"In order to process your booking (....conf#.....) on time, please call us as soon as possible back at 1.800.666.8300. Please note, that according to airline rules, airfares and taxes may change anytime before ticketed without notice. This is a time sensitive matter and your quick response will assist in issuing your tickets on time and the price quoted."

I called 4 days in a row and I did not get any e-ticket. On November 7th they called me to tell my flight needed to be changed to JKF. I said no way that I am paying $890.44 for a ticket that cost $699 or less from JKF. People living around NY/NJ knows what I am talking about. They said no worries we will get you the original option.

On November 23rd at night they called to inform me my credit card was going to get charged. I told them I need the e-tickets if the transaction takes place. At this point I have been waiting almost a month. Among all these calls and chats back and forth, they told me 3 different confirmation numbers from different people.

After entering the 3 confirmation numbers in United website no booking was showing up at all. I called United and they told me that Flights Bird canceled my booking on October 31st. I called back again FLIGHTSBIRD and told them I wanted to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and I was sent to voice mail. Previously Ron Williams hung up on me. I called my credit card (one of the biggest credit card companies) to stop the transaction and told me "FlightsBird company" is a scam. I do not know if these agent names are real (heavy accent with American names, funny huh?). Supposedly the other guy is Antonio Stamps. If you look at Flight Bird (without "s") the website is on sale. Wondering if that has something to do with them.

Upset and very disappointed. For $100 to $200 more you can get a real ticket from United Airlines and avoid all the headache. So, do not take a chance. They are a lot of professional hackers behind all these scam companies.

Just booked some flights with Ron…

Just booked some flights with Ron Williams. First of all this is my first time using this company. I will say that the price I got is incredible and if this all goes good I will be using them again for sure. I did have a error in one of the names I booked for the flight after paying and receiving the information e-mail. I called Ron Williams at the company and he helped me change the name for the flight info. Thank you for your help Ron. I look forward to the trip and will update my review once I receive my tickets and can give an update on the full experience. So far so good!

Scammers Committing Fraud

Scammers Committing Fraud

Booked a flight for 640, with travel insurance (32), total fare = $672.

Received confirmation email.

1-hour later get a call from Aldo stating flight is now $792. I said I am not happy with this service, not what I have confirmation for.

He said my flight is not ticketed, even though email said confirmed reservation wasn't made and if I want the other nonstop flight he'll book it at the new price and the new price includes the insurance and no hidden fees.

I said send it in writing. He said okay, in 10 minutes.

Email comes. Travel insurance is not included. Email says I must respond with agreement to new terms.

I wrote back saying insurance is missing. No response.

I call the toll free number listed in the email.....brief recording then endless silence. I hang up after 7 minutes elapsed.

I wait an hour, no email replies.

I reply to my prior response email to say cancel everything because you're shady. Your giving fake confirmations & have a fake phone number, not doing business with you.

An hour later, they charge my credit card but there's no contact information on the transaction to phone in a dispute.

Avoid this scamming company!

Good customer service

Me and my wife booked a flight through flightbird back in the summer to go to St. Martin. After hurricane Irma, our accommodations were destroyed and the island was a mess. We contacted our airline and they told us to contact flightbird as it was our 'travel agent'. Even though the matter was not resolved overnight Chester @ flightbird got us a full monetary refund for our entire trip. Customer service was good.

We booked a flight with Flightbird and …

We booked a flight with Flightbird and immediately, received a "CONFIRMED" email from the travel agency. However, lo and behold, a couple hours later, we received a phone call that they did not have the flight. In other words, Flightbird advertised a fare, which the agency had NOT previously negotiated with the airline. A customer service representative reached out to us a couple hours later breaking the news and trying to offer a flight that did not fit with out itinerary. For your own sanity, do not book with this agency.

Can't guarantee advertised prices

Can't guarantee advertised prices. I booked my flight and received a call later saying that the price is expired and was saying the current price is a hundred dollars more than the advertised price. I told the agent to hold off so I can search around some more. I checked the next day and the advertised price for the exact same flight was a little higher than yesterday but still less than what the agent told me. I called them up asking if I can get that price instead. The agent told me that price was expired (which I looked up five minutes prior to calling them) and I couldn't get that price but they can book that flight for a hundred dollars more than advertised. After not booking that flight, I tried another search after my call and found a price lower than my original booking from the day before for the exact same flight.
