I had a great experience with this company they helped me out to get my ticket issued. Especially Mr. Brian he's so polite always kept me updated about my flight. I appreciate for their work.

Avoid this agent at all cost as they are bunch of liars and scammers. They lured me by advertising flight rate at an alarmingly low price. Upon clicking on the link it asked me for my full name, email and telephone number. Only to get a call from one of their agents that the price has changed and they offered me a very high flight rate which I accepted. They now asked for a deposit of £100 to hold the booking which I paid. However, ticket wasn’t issued and I asked them to cancel the £100. They lied they’ve paid the airline the £100 whereas the £100 was for a reservation on KLM which they themselves later changed to Airpeace. If they actually paid KLM, how come their agent called to claim they found a better deal with Airpeace and the same £100 was used to reserve the booking of which NO TICKET WAS ISSUED ON. Avoid as they are up to no good. They lack customer values, their customer service is so bad. The manager and the agent even spoke rudely to me; wailing and shutting me down when I was lodging my complaint as he completely refused letting me aired my dissatisfaction. They refused to refund the £100 because that’s the gimmick they used to scam people. They will ask you for a deposit and will never render you the services they promised. I will never use them again and will broadcast this to everyone I know. They’ve also been reported to the police for racial slurs they used. Worst case, my bank also flagged their bank account and when I spoke to my bank’s fraud team, my bank said they’ve had issues with their account before in the past and they categorise it as an account used for scamming ploys. AVOID!!!

I have booking with this company recently to USA I got very good customer service from Omar I recommend everyone to purchase tickets from Omar and get remarkable service.

this scammers are also the same people using the name hello flight ltd, they offer you low price for flights and you won’t be able to pay the balance after the low deposit they requested because they will say the ticket price has gone up, stay away. they have done it to me twice and it’s too late when i remember to read reviews.
