The service is good when everything…

The service is good when everything goes well. But when there is a refund......You have to wait for more then 5 months while the Airlines already have refunded the money. NEVER use this agency, Nothing but trouble!

We are not an agency we only allow you to search and forward you to the airlines/agencies it will be better if you direct this review to the airline and or the agency that was slow in refunding it :-)

I wished it was possible to not give…

I wished it was possible to not give this company a rating. I bought some tickets in December 2019 and unfortunately my family and I weren’t able to fly in March 2021 due to restrictions. Since March I have been trying to get a refund and unfortunately I am faced with very rude staff who are very disrespectful and have treated me with contempt. I am only phoning to get my refund. The bosses of this company, if you read my message please could you sack Jennifer Robin, Joshua Simon, Sara and Lisa. All are a useless bunch of workers with no customer services skills.
