I placed an order on 16 December, and the product was delivered on 22 December. Due to color mismatch and poor quality, I initiated a return the very next day after delivery. However, till date, no pickup has been done and no refund has been processed.
Every day, the app shows the status as “pickup will be done today”, but no one actually comes to collect the product. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, the issue has not been resolved. What is worse is that Flipkart marked the complaint as “resolved” even though the product is still with me and no refund has been issued.
This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. The lack of accountability and poor customer support have completely eroded my trust in Flipkart. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while purchasing, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.

I bought a laptop from Flipkart. There were some problems with the keyboard. Even though it was under warranty, the manufacturer refused to service it. Because Flipkart modified and repaired this laptop and sold it. It has been two months since I complained but I still haven't got a solution. I wasted my money buying electronics from Flipkart. Flipkart is clearly cheating the customer. Do not buy from Flipkart. Buying from Flipkart is risky.

I placed an order for shoes on 02nd October 2025, it was supposed to be delivered on 11th October 2025, today is 15th October, it got rescheduled on it's own and no proper update is being given since. This is the worst shopping site i ever visited. The customer service is pathetic, they didn't respond to your query and even they don't have answer sometimes they are blank. In my case, i have purchase a t shirt from their site just about 10 days back, first they have sent a complete wrong printed t shirt which I get an replacement, second time i get the right t shirt but size was too large for me, so I again place a request for replacement but this time there was no option for replacement so i went for return. To my surprise this was the biggest mistake I did, my first pickup was scheduled on 10th June for return, but neither i get any mail,no msg, no whatsapp, not a single intimation about for the pickup, just like a fool i keep waiting but all goes in vain, no call received, even no update was there on their app which is the worst thing. Moreover when i called they cant explain me the reason for the cancelled of the pickup, even without informing me they cancelled the pickup from their end without any proper reason. Their customer service agents are so rude and arrogant they don't talk properly inspite of being their fault.I get no help from their side. This time I again place a return request which was about to be picked up today, but again no intimation, no msg, no phone call from pickup agent, and now the agent is telling me to wait. what type of hell is this? even after waiting for so many days my pickup has not been done till date. The product return is under their policy but still they are harassing their customers like this. I m just fed up of them now, each time i call them but get same response. They just don't have the passion to serve their customers, just ignored my request. even after making repeated request to escalate my issue, get me the seniors, they just avoided me. I have been a very old and loyal customer of them, but still have to face such issue. this is just not acceptable at all. If this time my issue is not resolved this case will be going to consumer. I need my refund at any cost, this is my hard earned money which cant be wasted like this. I have been shopping from many other sites but never faced such an issue from them. this is a pathetic site i recommend no one to buy from this site because they will do the same thing with others as well. they lack the professionalism, very bad site and customer agents are useless and of no help. I ordered 2 items and received the parcel where product names were mentioned correctly in the label. I went out of station with that parcel thinking that the a correct item was delivered. But when I opened it, I found only one totally different item, price of which is way less than the amount I paid for my order. As I am out of station now, I can't return the item and all the Refund and Replace option available online need returning the item I received. That's why I wanted a refund of the extra amount that I paid. But there is no proper customer care phone number to contact. Finally, I found an customer care email id online and sent an email to that, but nobody responded as of now. I am very disappointed that a company like Flipkart is sending wrong item under correct label while delivering an order and after that they do not have any proper customer care to contact and resolve the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with Flipkart’s handling of my issue regarding a defective Blaupunkt 55-inch QLED TV (Order ID: OD433267438558973100). I reported the issue on 4th Jan 2025, and despite receiving a replacement, the same defect persists. Instead of resolving the matter, Flipkart has asked me to wait another 14 days, even though it’s already been over half a month since my original complaint.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and accountability. This delay has caused immense frustration, and Flipkart’s lack of urgency in resolving the issue is unacceptable. I strongly urge Flipkart to improve its after-sales service and provide prompt resolutions to customers.
