Doing a small floor job in my home myself, I didn't purchase quite enough vinyl click tile. Instead of going back to the retailer to order an additional box I ordered from Floor city. To my surprise, the tile was 33% cheaper, the box arrived in just four days, and the tiles were undamaged. They were also attentive to providing emails on when it was shipped and when it was expected to arrive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

impossible. they wont show prices and their get a quote option doesnt work so you just go in circles. customer support is just a bot that also goes in circles. no wonder so many 1 star reviews. Im leaving 1 star and I couldnt even make it to actually placing an order!

Ordered material 2/24/25 with an ETA of 10-14 days. I have still received no product, as of 4/9/25. Every request for a shipping update has been "in transit". Due to this miserable customer experience I have made multiple requests to cancel my order and receive a refund. They will not issue refund.

Make sure to give yourself plenty of time for your order. Ordered on 2/8 was told 5-7 business days for delivery hoping for delivery around 2/20-2/22. Hired a contractor and put on their schedule for 2/20-2/28. Flooring now not slated to come until 3/1-3/7 no troubleshooting or ability to fix my problem.

I ordered 7 boxes of LVP. Upon receiving our boxes, we noticed that the material was a shade off on the color. We reached out to return the boxes and that's when we learned that there's a 35% restocking fee. That's my fault for not researching that previously, but 35%???? Also, during the shipping process, 3 boxes opened up but all the contents were still in there undamaged. They said they wouldn't accept return of the opened boxes and since those could not be returned, I was now below the minimum return of 250sqft. This place is a complete joke.

Tried to order a some trim pieces to match a floor I have. They impolitely informed me that they do not sell trim pieces by themselves, only if you are ordering flooring. From the other negative reviews here, I am sort of glad they wouldn’t sell me anything, saving me further hassles.

Confirmed before purchasing that our flooring would be delivered in 6-8 days. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I called to confirm a time and they said it needed to be scheduled. No one ever notified me of having to schedule. I had to wait a whole extra week before it delivered and push back my product. When received, 4 boxes were damaged and I was sent the incorrect stair nose. On flooring claims their photos of the stair nose are "out of date" but have yet to give me a refund for sending me incorrect items. I have been back and forth for over a week with three different a employees and have not resolved this issue. Was not given a refund or replacement for the damaged flooring either.

I will summarize my experience with Floor City with the following bullet points:
-Their distribution process is cumbersome and not well managed; I got a number of versions of how the tiles would be delivered and follow up was minimal (all self-generated)
-The tracking system was inaccurate; they could never really tell me where the product was or when it would be delivered
-When final confirmation was received (30 days later), my 6 hour round trip to the closest distribution center was a waste of time as the tiles were not there even after I voiced my concern to the tracking manager, who assured me the tiles would be there
-When I called from the distribution center, they offered to freight the tiles to my home address directly (they gave me a sad story about how much it would cost them and how much they stood to lose) but would confirm carrier and tracking within a few days, 2 weeks later they gave me a story that the product was still in transit as my tiles had been delivered but returned to the Regional hub (this was not true as I talked with the warehouse and they said it was never delivered)
-They finally emailed me (after another week) that my order was cancelled and a refund was being issued. Again, the story was that the carrier had damaged my tile order and wasn't required to issue a damage report until 30 days later so long story short, no tiles after 45 days and lots of aggravation
Floor City proved to be a dishonest middleman, lacking the integrity to take responsibility for their poor service

I wish I had researched a little before I placed an order with Floorcity.com. This company is good at taking your money for product up front, but not delivering. 4 weeks. No order status, no tracking number, yet they have our money. Monday I'm filing a complaint with the State AG.

called to place an order of 30 boxes of VCT and was speaking to one of the Managers (did not give me his name). After asking two questions (Pricing and Pickup) he had the nerve to ask me "what's up with all the questions", I thought I had misheard and asked him what was it he said and he said "what is up with all these questions" I politely said well as a customer I can ask as many questions needed to make sure about my purchase, His response what "well yeah and I do not have to sell to me" and hung up.. I would not spend a dime at this place after being treated like this...

This place is horrible. I cancelled an order b/c in 3 days they had not provided an update on the status of my order or shipped anything to me and the Sales Manager emailed me to say that there would still be a $25 transfer fee and a 35% fee on the item. For what? They never shipped anything to me and I have not received anything. I will never order anything from them ever again! Buyer Beware.

This was SO FAR from the correct floor. It did not match what I ordered in any way.

It is too much trouble to return it, but I am very very disappointed in wasting my time with this company.

Ordered samples. Received them one week later. Wanted to order 1 box of discontinued tile. They said they won't ship one box. I actually only need one tile for a repair and was going to buy a whole box but they wouldn't ship it to me. offered to pick up at one of their warehouses but wouldn't ship it there either.

Customer Service responded fairly quickly to my chat message and I was able to get my order placed before noon to get in a timely matter.

Very unprofessional I ordered in stock material and I tried to cancel my order 2 days later and he argued with me and said I can’t return it because it was a special order which in fact it was not!!

Great and very patience love this company!

They were fast, reasonably priced, courteous and accommodating. We needed a specific floor sealer & wax that a client requested and needed to do the job ASAP. They worked with me on a local pick-up, got what we needed and we were able to meet our client's rush job deadline. Highly recommend.

Its great to call in an order and to arrive and have everything ready. No Hassles, no damaged merchandise and good service

Was mislead via phone regarding product. Ordered samples and was told I would have them in 3 days. 2 samples showed up the other 3 did not. I called to find out status and was then told the Azrock VCT wasn't available in Texas yet nobody bothered to call or email to tell me the samples were not coming... nothing. Called to place an order of one of the samples we did receive and was then told those items were on back order. Total nightmare experience.
