Ordered 2 packs of steel brick cork tiles which were top class
then I ordered a further 3 packs which were a totally different shade & you could see the cork back showing through in places on most tiles.
Its as though they had'nt been sprayed properly at the factory
To be fair to Floormaker they did send me some replacement tiles but
they too were inferior.
Floormaker seem to be a decent company to deal with but they do need to have a serious word with their suppliers sending them inferior products to sell to the public

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this company as I couldn't find many external reviews of them, but as they were much cheaper than anyone local I decided to take the risk. Whilst the delivery did take a day longer than expected, I was very happy with the product and service I received. If the prices continue to be competitive in the future, I will order from them again.

I ended up at the FloorMaker site after a really bad experience with FloorsDirectLtd.

FloorMaker were equally reasonably priced and I so wished I had gone to them to start with.

As it happened I needed only 1 additional pack at the time which sadly arrived damaged. As it was I did not need the entire pack to complete my job and was able to make do.

I emailed to advise the pack had arrived damaged just so they were aware in case they ran into a similar issue in the future, and without further prompting from me they sent another pack entirely at their cost.

I have a lot more work to do on my property and I am sure I will need more flooring (probably kitchen and lounge at least). Floor Maker will get all of my business from now on.
