I would rate 0 stars if I could. Awful company, no sense of customer service or human decency for that matter.

I ordered 2 packs of flooring on 4th of October 2022, I had received no correspondence regarding this order, I sent countless emails and made many many phone calls and didn't get a response to any of them.
I finally managed to get through to someone on the phone on 13th of October 2022 to cancel my order as I had managed to get my flooring from somewhere else and delivered before Floors Online UK even answered the phone.
It is now 7th of November and I still haven't received my refund or a response to any phone calls or emails.

They are withholding our money for something we have never received.
Stay well clear of this company, they will take your money and not respond.

I am reporting them to Trading Standards. Ordered weeks ago and not a single correspondence since.

I have sent 5 emails, left 2 voicemails and have spoken 7 times to their customer service team. Their emails/voicemails go unanswered despite promises of 24hour replies and their customer phone line is for Steel River Doors - a separate company. Their customer team are friendly but have no power to contact FloorsOnlineUK as they are ghosted by the owner. The one time I got some information on the phone I was promised my order on Friday October 14th. Still no sign or contact 10 days later.

Not fit for purpose and they certainly don't "We love our customers that want to buy flooring online" as they say on their website.

Avoid at all costs.

We managed to purchase 33 boxes
Of the High gloss white 4V flooring . We must’ve attempted 3-4 online stores before we spoke to floors online Uk. They were honest and upfront regarding the delivery times as everybody I tried was out of stock. They told us they had 21 packs at the time with more coming in mid-late august. We took the 21 packs as we managed to do 2 out of the 4 rooms in our hall And living area with a nice offer of not charging us delivery for the next batch. The next batch arrived albeit a few days later than expected but it was then scheduled in with us for home delivery. The service was above and beyond and the feature to split the delivery for us was a really good reason for us to make our purchase with you and not one of the original online shops we approached before we found you.
