The quality is unreal. The fitters worked incredibly hard and provided a perfect finish!
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from this flooring shop. I had flooring supplied and fitted back in June, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. The flooring is faulty - it’s incredibly noisy to walk on, and after numerous complaints, the fitters themselves admitted that the issue lies with the quality of the flooring. However, the shop keeps insisting that it’s down to poor fitting. I’ve been chasing this for three months now with no resolution in sight. I’ve asked for a refund, but they’ve outright refused and continue to pass the blame back and forth. The customer service has been absolutely appalling - no one is willing to take responsibility or offer a solution. I’m now left with noisy, faulty flooring and a complete lack of support. At this point, I’m taking legal action, as this company has shown no respect for their customers or the quality of their products. AVOID this shop at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
Some years ago, we had Floorsryours install flooring in half of the downstairs of our house. They did a fantastic job: efficient service, excellent workmanship, competitive price, good supervision, professional after-sales service: 5 stars.
We recently needed to do the rest of the downstairs, including the kitchen and lounge, so naturally we asked them to do it.
The workmen turned up very late. They had to remove some existing laminate flooring, demanding £160 for 2 man-hours of light work (£80/hr) for doing it. The workmen unnecessarily did all the cutting indoors, which spread large amounts of dust throughout the house. At first glance on completion, the floor looked good, but on closer examination, the poor quality of the work became evident. Floorsryours have gone silent after repeated emails about reimbursement for charges for materials that were not purchased, supplies that were not used, the extortionary way extra work was charged for, and requests for an invoice.
Avoid this outfit.
Have been around different carpet & flooring shops and had several quotes for engineered wooden flooring supply and fit , and was disappointed .
We found a Floors r yours shop near home , they came and done a survey at our home, we picked a floor they gave us a very competitive quote for both supply & fit so we were happy to confirm our order and paid.
We were not disappointed with the final outcome, the fitters done a very good job they were polite and professional, even help with moving some of our furniture on the day of fitting and the staff at the shop were just as pleasing, and we would defiantly recommend this company for quality, price & service
