They come across as super legit, big team, quality equipment, professional salesmen, but be very careful letting go of your final payment until you get everything you were offered. Had 3 trees removed, stump grind and canopy around the house trimmed. They confirmed the trees were sick and being literally on top of the house dangerous .
Tree cutting was excellent, my front yard was torn up real good but since i was in the process of getting new sod did not mind. My fence was removed on a busy road to allow equipment access, and they left it like that saying they were going for nails never to be seen again. If you have pets and kids you can comprehend.
Back yard was torn up real good too, that was unexpected. I resolved this myself.
I was however guaranteed a letter from them for my association or county to demonstrate the need. To this day you either get the run around or are simply ignored. There are way too many companies out there doing good work and providing their customers with quality resolutions.
After several requests, and statements of guarantees I can’t say that about this one.
