Usually the ordering goes flawless, but this time they just postponed the delivery date by 6 days without asking or even notifying me. Even when I contacted them they didn't try to expedite, I was just told that I would get 50% of the purchase back. It wasn't an expensive bouquet this time, so it didn't really make a difference to me. I just want them to use the delivery I want. And I still didn't receive the money either.

Once ordered we have no more problems as we know it will be delivered exactly as requested have used this service often.

Always delivered on time, hassle free, no problems whatsoever at very reasonable prices.

Will give ten stars and have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone (and have done so)

Two of the three occasions our recipients had to call in to retrieve their gift seemed to be due to Florient Express, for some reason, assigning the delivery of our gift to a local flowershop. A third occasion was never resolved, even though I had called Florient Express several times, and had spoken with a representative, who said she would follow up on the matter. Since the recipient had already passed away, during the time of negotiations,.I did not persue the matter of non-delivery. I was too sad to do so. But of the 33 puchases, at least 30 were beautifully arranged and safely delivered. I shall continue doing business with Florient Express.

Mijn moeder, zussen en broer wonen allemaal in Nederland, ik zelf ben naar Canada verhuisd, al heel lang geleden. Ik heb Florient Express al zo vaak gebruikt, en ben heel tevreden. De bezorgingen zijn altijd op tijd, bloemen en bloemstukken zijn altijd of precies als aangetoond of nog mooier, en de prijzen zijn heel redelijk. Kan alleen maar goede dingen zeggen over Florient Express.
My mother, sisters and brother and families all live in Holland, I moved to Canada a lot of years ago. Florient Express is simply the best. I have tried others as well, but the service, prices, and beautiful flowers, arrangements and extra's are simply un-beatable. When I make a selection from their web-site and put in my order, my family will send a picture back of what they received, so I can verify without a doubt that what was received was equal to or exceeded my expectations! I have nothing but good to say about Florient Express. Keep up the good work!

I couldn't spend this year's Valentine's Day with my girlfriend due to business trip, therefore I tried ordering a bouquet to be delivered on that date. Website was easy to use. The flowers arrived right on time and my gf was more than surprised and satisfied.

After 25 years something special was deserved! So a lovely, fitting bouquet of roses plus an orchid which is a favourite for my wife. Delivered as a 'secret' at our door on the day with my English greetings, this was excellent service.
Knowing everything will be as you wish is a good comfort especially for such an occasion; therefore my thanks and appreciation.
