I ordered 5 x driftwood garlands, lucky for me they were discounted as when they arrived they were not driftwood. They look like small kindling pieces very rough. I complained and explained that they were no good for my craft purposes but it was going to cost me more to return them than it was worth. As I live in UK.
I ordered some shells that arrived mostly chipped and broken and also not as described. They did refund this item. So disappointing to receive items that are not as described.

I ordered the lemon & orange laranga stalks. Pleased with the quality ! Especially delighted with the oranges- look so real! I don’t know how they do it!! Delivery was quick as I was travelling & was headed home. Most importantly, the person I dealt with Urs Bausmann, is so easy to deal with. Professional and super responsive . Thank you Urs!

Been waiting over a month for plants pots. No tracking, no communication. Avoid.

Great quality and superb service. Goods arrived in excellent order from Germany faster than an order placed with a wholesaler outside Leeds on the same day. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I ordered a large amount of flat aluminium wire to be used for craft activities. The wire was scratched and damaged when it arrived so I have been unable to use a lot of it.

I recently placed an order and did so to take advantage of an offer code. The site was unstable and kept crashing etc but I persevered and added the discount code at checkout. For some reason it did not go through and despite my sending emails to help with this they refused to add the discount code to my order. This was obviously a fault with their order page and due to the fact they would not help afterwards I would never use them again and do not recommend at all.

The 15 cm clear orchid pots have an entirely different shape at the bottom than the photo’s on the website show. I carefully chose these pots because of the ridge and big holes at the bottom but the pots I received were totally different looking. It’s a bummer because i had to order a lot of them in order to get to the €15 minimum order price. In my case it’s a waste of time and money.

They have send the wrong one and do not reply to my emails… Very bad customerservice!

I ordered items from floristik24 and wrote in the order that I should use my pots shortly after, so they should cancel the order if it was not possible to ship within 3 days. I wrote again on the 4th day and asked them to cancel the order.. late in the evening I received a reply that it had been sent anyway.
When the order came (luckily it reached me on time) the pots were in completely different colors than I ordered.
I wrote again for customer service - no answer.
I have now written 4-5 emails in 3 weeks. No answers.
Poor service. What do I do?

Really fast delivery !! Reasonably priced !! Great products !!

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it. 3 days go by and I hear nothing. I mail them and they say that they are preparing to ship my order. I tell them that I had already cancelled the order. The decided to ship anyway and now they are refusing to send me a return shipping label... Avoid this shop!

One star is even too much.
My pack has never arrived and I'm keeping sending emails but I'm not receiving any answer.
Do NOT buy from this site.

Item received broken being poorly packed. Asked for refund but not received despite their email said it was refunded. Dispute via PayPal. Very disappointing, not surprised they received 44% dissatisfied comments

Bad customer service and unprofessional seller.

I have placed an order with this website on the 24th of April, it is now 1st of June and I have not received my order or my payment back. Despite reporting the non-delivery to the seller, they have made no effort to reimburse me but kept postponing me by putting the blame on the carrier and basically passing the ball to them.

I am reporting this incident to UK Training Standards and for sure not order again. Avoid this website.
